They said that they would guarantee that the slide outs and the A/C would cool. I found 5 leaks in the roof. I tried to put the slides in and they wouldn't slide in. So I called them and they said to "bring it in and they would fix the problems." That they are busy right now and can't send anyone to help fix the slides to bring it in but when I get the slides back in.they gave me a number to call maybe they can help. So I had to call another RV maintenance technician shop to come out and put the slides back in because they were busy. So the other RV maintenance technician shop took them nine days for them to send a technician to come out. And that cost me $900. So the technician got the slides to go in and that's when the rear A/C stop cooling. So I call the the place where I bought the RV again explained what was happening and they said "that they would fix it to bring it in." So I did. So now I've had it a total of three weeks and I finally got the RV up to them to fix. Which they said that they would fix. Then they call me told me that It was fix and ready to go. So I went to get the RV. I got it home and tried to set it up but the slides wouldn't work. The AC wouldn't cool and it still had five leaks. Humm. So they didn't fix anything. And out $900 already to get the slides to manually come in. So I called them the saleman that sold me the RV he transfer me to KC the technician which never answer so I left a message. The next day I called them again and left a message, So now this is day four same thing again voicemail so I left another one for them to call me.now it's been a week NO message from them at all. It seems like I getting the run around. Looks like they are not going to honor their own words and videos that they guarantee A/C cools and slide out work. I'm not happy about this at all and I DON'T recommend buying anything from them. So I'm out $900. I have a RV that has FIVE leaks, and the hydraulic pump is bad on two slides.

    To Whom It May Concern,

Mr. ****** bought the motorhome As-Is, with no extended or additional warranties. He was shown at the time of pick up that all the slides went in and out as they were supposed to, as well as being shown that the A/C unit worked properly! Mr. ****** also signed form stating he had inspected the motorhome and was satisfied with the motorhome, so that there were no misunderstandings. A copy of said statement has been attached, as well as, the As-Is statement that Mr. ****** also signed. I'm sorry that Mr. ****** had a problem with his unit, but As-Is means just that, As-Is!

    Thank you,

We put a deposit on a RV on Saturday (7/2/2022) in good faith to purchase a RV. While Mick explained the deposit criteria, what I found out today (7/5/2022) was a little different story. I found out today that the loan-to-value ratio between the bank and Parkway RV was $7000, so the bank wouldn't approve the full amount. I was never told that the LTV would need to value out and that I was on the hook for any difference; I was told that I should put down the deposit if I'm in on the deal and approved by the bank. Mick shared a story that a person put a deposit down but then couldn't get approved; this is a different situation. We were approved for more than the RV we were wanting to purchase, but the LTV isn't there. My husband requested a refund on the deposit and was hung up on by the owner Bill. This is not a case of buyers remorse since we still like the RV and was willing to purchase the RV; it's a case of LTV. It appears as though the dealership owes more than what's it's worth and that's not the bank's fault. While Mick was nice, the owner lacks any customer service. Do not give this dealership your hard earned business. Requesting refund of $1000 deposit. Thank you!

Our deposit policy is clearly explained to every customer before we take it. The policy has nothing to do with LTV. As most RV's in today's market are priced well above retail, much less than loan value. Please find enclosed a copy of the signed deposit policy from Mrs. ****. It is very definitive and generated by our attorneys.

We purchased a Class C camper from parkway at the end of march. We had the Vehicle for less than 3 months and on our first long distance trip (second trip) the overhang started coming apart. We contacted our insurace company but they said they could not help with this. The inspector told us that if we bought it from a dealer, we should go back because this should have been noted in the sale and it didn't look as if the seems have been maintained properly. When we contact the dealer, they told us that they didn't have time to help us and that we should look on you tube to learn how to repair the damager.

    Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: I was requesting their help in fixing the problem that they new about ahead of time and did not disclose at the time of sale. They will say they had no idea and that it is sold "as is", but this does not make us feel like family like there web site says. Our sales man was terrible and the service is even worse. Being told to check on you tube for tutorials on how to fix the problem was not what I was looking for. I understand what as is means, but I also know that if a problem is not disclosed that affects the value of the sold Item, the dealer is responsible.
    Sincerely,
    ******* ******

Please see previous response. Everything is in black and white and signed by the buyer. AS IS means that you are taking the vehicle as it is. There is no warranty. No further response in necessary.
