  This is the dirtiest and nastiest nursing most ghetto home I have ever stepped foot in. The place smells like urine. The floors are sticky. There are roaches everywhere. I have pictures if you guys want to play like I am lying. There are literally holes in the ceiling with water leaking on the floors. The rooms all look like they are in the middle of a renovation that was abandoned. Residents complain that their clothes are coming back stiff and still dirty from the laundry. Housekeeping even said that they had to come out of their own pocket for supplies which is sad because this organization has money as they own multiple nursing homes. I have seen roaches and spiders crawling on residents. The residents are always soiled. The CNAs are not trained and are ghetto and smell like marijuana. They have no uniform policy in place so they literally wear leggings to work and have long nails which is bad for infection control practices. I would never send a loved one to this facility unless you want them to be depressed and not cared for.

  This business should not be running. Every time we call or go to facility, all the staff are rude. they never want to answer any questions. the facility have a bad smell and it's never clean. they was giving medicine to my love one just so they would not have to deal with them. the medicine was keeping them sleep for days. every time we went to see my love one, they couldn't stay woke. one of the medicine they was giving them put them into the hospital. we are so happy we was able to place them in a better and new facility. we also got news that one of the nurses was abusing my love one, claiming that they was unruly. we bought my love one a phone and it was stolen. remote was stolen. every since my love one have left this facility, they have been up and very alert and talking more. if you love your love ones please run away from this facility if you want a place that really care for your love ones. the only part they care to keep clean and look good is the front lobby when you first come in. after you past the front lobby, it looks like it need to be torn down.

  This facility needs to be shutdown! My mom was here and was neglected she stay in Soiled Diapers. room Clean only on the week days. My Mom told me they beat her cause they said she was unruly my mom is 77 years old and cant do for her self! The nurses are very rude and the social worker! And it smells in there its Awful and Disgusting And they had her on 6 different psychotic medicines To keep her quiet I hate to get her away from there
