    The WORST service I have every received!!! If I could give a zero I would. Disgusting, horrible, rude and unprofessional customer service. Should have read the reviews on them before booking. Never dealt with a company that didn't want to talk to the planner regarding their policies. One of the owners was extremely disrespectful on the phone! They have very ridiculous policies, unfortunately my client had already made a full payment before I could read through their entirely long contract. BEWARE DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!

    Never did business woman she was not the renter and became rude and irate when we refused to talk to her. We advised her we only do business and communicate with the renter.

    Unfortunately I had to leave 1star because they don't deserve any stars. This was the most horrible experience that I have ever had to deal with. After signing the contract the nightmare began. The added a charge for a bulk delivery? If I'm renting of course it is a bulk delivery. They then requested that I send copies of utility bulls along with a driver's license to proud I lived at the residence. This is when I should have known better but the party was only two week away. They will only deliver 2 hours before an event, tent included so I had to hustle to set up! who wants to set up that close to an event. When the guy arrives he is alone and then tells me he is only to do a curveside delivery! Unbelieveable and says thats on the contract. So my son brings the tables and chairs and then a lady pulls up to help him put a tent up. And let me add it was an ************. She has her child with her who has to sit in my yard while they work. What a liability! Well of course they want to pick up after my event and text me to say they will be at my house at 9 and have all the tables and chairs at the curve. I didn't respond because ** hosting the party so they leave another text stating they would come in the mornig but I need to bring they chairs and table inside of my house! I returned that text and told them they could come pick up and when they get there they want help. Reluctantly I sent my son and son in law out and they took everything to the truck. Today I notice a additional unauthorized charge on my bank statement of $99. (I will have it reversed) They say I didn't follow their agreement of having manpower available! LIES! Lastly he only brought 2 of the 3 banquet table I requested and asked if I could use a small round table instead. At this late in the game what am I supposed to do. Please don't rent with these people. Spare yourself the stress so you can enjoy your event.

    Perfect venue for a small gathering. We celebrated my dad's 83rd birthday. The venue was clean and decorated beautifully. The owners/staff were near by to assist with whatever we needed. I will definitely book with them again.

    Lakeena was very rude and unprofessional. She should not be in business for anything. Her customer service skills dont exist. I will never pay for any service she provides.
