            Been working with ******************* for months on a new build. She has been extremely slow to respond, waits weeks to respond to emails, has not been helpful, etc. Now that order is placed, we have missing lights, broken lights, lights on backorder (never communicated), wrong sizes, wrong lights, etc. No accountability from *** or from Progressive Lighting upper management. Spoke with ***** (Kims manager), *****************************, etc. No solution I want my order corrected.

            I would like to have **************** of **$ ****** reversed into a refund (check or credit card). At the moment, the store hasn't given me another option for the order number PL-********* returned. After carefully reading all the return policies, it does confirm that even 30 days after returning, if approved, the store can refund. It doesn't mention it has to be a credit store. As we haven't had any opportunity to use it yet and we don't have future plans for it, I would like to have this amount in my bank account. The adjustment fee was already discounted in our order for more than 30 days discount, and we would like to have it as a refund, not a credit store. I already contacted the retailer, but they didn't accept our request.
