THE SOFTWARE IS FAIRLY EASY TO USE. I LOVE THE NEW INTERVIEW MODE. I DON'T LIKE HAVING TO SAVE THE RETURN OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO SIMPLE MOVES TO OTHER AREAS OF THE RETURN. I HAVE TRIED MANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE AND THIS IS DEFINITELY MY FAVORAITE. I AM ON MY 4TH RENEWAL.

I believe this is my third year using MyTaxPrepOffice.com to complete tax returns for myself and my clients. In previous years, I had run into a few glitches. However, those seem to have been resolved. I have not had any issues except one, and one short call to MyTaxPrepOffice's technical support group and the issue was resolved. The technical support representatives for MyTaxPrepOffice have always been professional and patient and helped me resolve my issues. I am glad that the technical support hours for this company were expanded this year. I have not had to use tech support this year except for the one time, but it was comforting to know that the tech support was there if I needed it.MyTAXPrepOffice

I have used this software for 3 years. It is not always the most intuitive/user friendly, but it generally is easy to use. When I have had a problem, it has taken a little time to get a solution or work-around, but ultimately I have had an answer. It is affordable and there are constant updates to fix whatever bugs have cropped up. I am a satisfied customer.MyTAXPrepOffice

This is my first year using the software, and like any software there is a learning curve. But I love how responsive the support is when I have a concern or question. I also love that I can check on a client's return status while I'm inside a different client's return...saves so much time! Would definitely recommend.MyTAXPrepOffice

The software is above average but not perfect. No problem here since no software is perfect. The tax world is changing constantly anyway. When I do run into a problem the customer service is absolutely the best. I'm staying with MyTAXPrepOffice.MyTAXPrepOffice
