    We have been waiting for months for repair of chair under warranty. Repair person was supposed to come by and repair between 12 noon and 1pm. He stated that it may be sooner.     I Ordered and paid for a Stressless Mayfair chair 12/29/2020 from Designer Home Comfort. The chair arrived in mid May 2021. I started having problems with the rocking mechanism approximately November 2021. After many emails and phone calls and repair service calls with a variety of parts being replaced culminating in February 2023 they were never able to fix the original problem. On the last service call in January 2023 they had their In House serviceman doing the repair and he was unable to fix the problem which he shared via cell phone video with the business owner. Shortly thereafter I received an email from one of the store's employees indicating they had replaced everything on the chair and were not able to fix it and would allow me free shipping if I would order and pay for another chair. This $3000. chair is still in warranty. I would like a refund since it can't be repaired after approximately 6 attempts for the same issue that started in November 2021.

    The entire chair was replaced under warranty over a year ago. The issue was resolved. Customer wants a refund after several years of owning the item. This is not possible.
