    A BIG FAT ZER0 STAR FOR THIS CROOKS!!!! ****THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! *****you will probably notice that on their website, all their customers have 5 stars and they don't allow you to do a review on their website. In February of 2024 I purchased a brake caliper bracket from toyota parts deal.com for my 2018 tundra, they sent me the wrong bracket, I returned it, they intern send it back to me and said that that it's not their part and it does not meet their returns standards. I'm out $105.00 and still doesn't have the correct part for my truck. Well, I'm going to tell anyone who will listen, how much of a dishonest bunch toyota partsdeal.com is. I work very hard for my money and they stole from me.

    I ordered a gas cap for my Matrix. Did the full search to receive the correct part (engine type and all). The gas cap was nothing like the cap I have (mine screws in but this one seems to be a lock-in type). I went through the rma process and several emails later they rejected my return. This seems to be a scam site. Every review listed is 5 out of 5 stars, not one less than that plus I couldn't find where I could leave a review. I recommend just ordering straight from a local dealer who sells genuine Toyota parts.

    I ordered a Prius driver rear brake dust shield cover and they sent me the pax rear brake shield cover. They said I would receive full credit back if I placed an order for the correct side within 2 days, which I did and sent back the pax side back to them after numerous attempts to get in contact with them about my refund they cancelled my other order stating that the part was either discontinued or out of stock with no known availability. I believe that this is why they sent me the wrong side because they never had the driver side and said that I ordered the wrong side. In any case they only refunded the cost of the item, not the tax and shipping. Do not buy from them I believe them to be crooks and they use the same scam every time. read the other reviews, they send the wrong part and have you pay to ship it back with the promise of refund only to get partial refund.

    Sales Order No.: CTP04090 Order Date: 01/21/2023 I purchased an oxygen sensor from toyotapartsdealer.com. Entered my car make and model and they shipped it. When I received it was a completely wrong item. I called and emailed but they did not exchange it for me. They stated I should have read all their terms and conditions with all those fine prints. It was not my fault to begin with. They sent a wrong part and their management denied and did not want to help at all. My $143 went down into drain. I dont think it is legal. I would pay few dollars more and get it from a reliable place where I can get hold of someone.

    Placed an order and received a confirmation e-mail Oct. 11th. *** 10/14 - 10/19.On 10/18 I called them to see why my order had not updated to shipped yet, given the end of the *** was the next day.I was told that the actual *** was around 10/31 for them to get the parts, to then ship them to me.Nov. 2nd I get an e-mail update, they have now placed the items on order, and will get them 11/3 ***, after which they will ship them to me. Order cancelled.It took them from Oct 11th until Nov 2 to actually order the items which their website said "ships in 1-3 business days" and gave me an *** of 10/14-10/19. No update given to me until I called them. Order still says *** 10/14-10/19 while I'm on the phone to cancel the order.I would have been fine with the time it takes to get me the parts if you had been honest about it. You lied to me twice. I'll find someone else to give my business to.Order #: CTM10935

    I bought a brand new truck radiator from these people last year and it has now sprung a leak after just 16 months. But since the part had only a 12-month warranty they refused any goodwill help whatsoever. I expect a radiator to last more than 16 months. It was heartless and greedy for them to refuse a warranty return. I am a 70 year old geezer/veteran/stage 4 cancer survivor on social security/medicare and money is tight. Just heartless.

    Worst company ever. Bought roof drip molding for a Scion xD but they sent it for a xB. Tried to return it but they said since I opened the box its non-refundable. How was I to know if it was the correct part if I cant see it until I open the box? CROOKS!! LOWLIFES!!
