      Horrible business ethics and no morals. I spent a month trying to get Aramark to correct my invoices for being overcharged, then once it was corrected I paid them in full. And they sent my account to collections without any notice or communication. They tried to charge me $11k for past due invoices, which there were none. Then stopped servicing my account. All management and my driver then ghosted me and would not respond to calls or text messages. Very unprofessional. Such a joke!! Finally settled by paying $1500 - which I should not have been charged for anyway, just to be done with them. My previous driver said thats just what they do, sew people and send them to collections.

      The worst company ever do not waste your time or money! they do not bring half the stuff they charge your for then charge extreme amounts for loss charges well you never brought it in the first place! anything they do bring is torn, outdated or missing buttons! they do not show up when they are supposed to they do not bring what they are supposed to. Our guys went two weeks without uniforms then they showed up with ONE SHIRT! it is not worth it, have shirts made buy your own soap and rugs anything on sale is better than what they give! customer ********************** is CRAP! if I could give 0 stars I would, we were with them through several buyouts, aramark, ameripride, vestis its all not worth it they cant keep a driver either its a horrible horrible supplier go elsewhere & thank me later. If they cant keep employees they definitely cant keep customers!

      The worst! The uniforms never fit our guys right and they look like buffoons in them with pants overlapping their ankels by miles and sleeves onto their hands. Pants that pad in the ****** to their knees. I wrote them a registered letter letting them know we want to cancel. No reply. I think we will have to turn this over to our attorney. They are not honest people. We have a business to run and our guys are around machinery. The clothing is honestly a hazard, plus when they go on site, they look like clowns with the stupid clothing. I have had it. This company should be put out of business. If I could give them a -1 I would.

      For the last couple years we've been getting laundry services from Aramark. Our route salesman told us he was quitting and the company was changing owners. Our services are weekly and we are billed monthly. The new company is now Vestis.When I called and said our billing wasn't correct, the new salesman told us our previous salesman was under charging us and this was our new bill from now on. I told him I can't afford this for 2 rugs, a couple mopheads and 2 bags of towels. I'll just get my products from ***'s. The salesman showed up the following day, while I was out of state, took all dispensers, all new product, and all used product and removed it from my business, encluding dispensers and products i had already paid for from ****** and Aramark, and now Vestis. I called his supervisor. He told me I was "renting" the dispensers, but would have a conversation with the salesman about removing items that did not belong to Vestis, and he personally dropped off a case of tp, paper towels, and 2 bags of towels. He told me I was under contract and he would credit me the additional charges, but if I cancel the contract I was liable for 50% of the bill for the duration of the contract. I told him I would think about it. (This guy just ripped me off, muscled my manager, was accepting responsibility for it, and somehow apologizing, while threatening me for contract breach)Within a couple weeks, I received another auto pay on my credit card. Again, they charged me over $200 each week. Coincidently, the supervisor messaged and asked if I was ready to resume services? I replied no and then contacted the credit card company and filed a dispute with the charges.Then I received this email.Don't do it. Don't ever sign any contracts or use any services with Vestis. Not only will they raise your bill 4 times your average amount without notice and bill your credit card, but a guy will show up, if you're not there, and steal your s***

      I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the ARAMARK. Not only did they overcharge me for their products, but the manager also had the audacity to threaten me with a 5-year contract that I never agreed to. This kind of unethical behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and fair business practices is truly disheartening.My interaction with the salesperson from the ARAMARK company was truly disheartening. Despite not explaining anything about a 5-year contract initially, they later attempted to coerce me into committing to one. This lack of transparency and sudden pressure to agree to a lengthy contract is completely unacceptable. It's clear that their intention was to exploit the situation for their own gain, and I am deeply disappointed by their deceptive practices. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be wary of such underhanded behavior.

      One star is even too much. Oh, how we wish we would have done our research on this company BEFORE signing a contract. It's only been, maybe three months, but we've already had one issue after another. Our uniforms took forever to receive, much longer than we were initially told, and when they finally arrived, the spelling on one of the shirts was ***** instead of ****. We turned in all six and two weeks later, we got one shirt back with the correct spelling. We're still waiting on the other ten. In our two other locations, we ordered short sleeve shirts for the Summer, and received long sleeved. You guessed it, more delays and waiting. *****************************, the Sales Representative, came to our office and said negative things about other uniform companies, while completely overpromising the service his company would provide. We bought it hook, line and sinker, and unfortunately for us, we're locked in. To say we would ever recommend them is an understatement. We are beyond unimpressed and extremely disappointed.UPDATE: We are getting charged for uniforms we don't even have yet. We were told by, *****************************, that credits are done onsite, same day by the tech dropping off uniforms. That was another lie. I was told by the tech who delivers our uniforms that ***** will say anything to get companies to sign up for service. There's lots of unexplained charges on our invoices as well. Very expensive for uniforms...they make Cintas look amazing! Final note: ***************************** will not answer our calls or texts. If he stops by your company with his slick sales pitch...RUN.

      This is the sleaziest company I have ever dealt with! Per the Aramark contract, we provided 60+ advance written notice to cancel services. When I contacted them to pick up the old uniforms, the District Manager (in a smug tone) told me the contract automatically renewed. I explained a letter had been sent - fortunately - certified mail and I had proof. He just said he didn't get it. A few days later, the driver picked up the uniforms and then hit us with a $3, 000 bill for uniforms "beyond repair." I called Aramark again and said we paid an additional amount for their *********** program - which guarantees uniforms deemed unrepairable are replaced free of charge. I was told, by the District Manager the *********** program didn't apply once the contract was cancelled! I am now waiting to battle it out with their legal department. Do NOT use this company.

      I have dealt with this company for 19 years. Started working with them when they were ameripride. They did not do repairs on uniforms that were tagged. Had issues with billing from day one.They refuse to mail you an invoice or a statement. And will send you to collections without mailing you a thing. I was reported to collections, have proff of checks cashed by them. And they will not give collects the full payments and invoices. So know I am force into paying the invoice twice or have it on my credit report. They are thieves. Stay clear of this company.
