MR. ****** vehicle was not deemed unsafe the issues he had was fixed but he chose not to go ahead with the deal. He kept the vehicle for over 3 weeks and put tons of miles on it and based on the agreement he signed we charge a per mile fee and daily fee.. He was not assaulted.. Mr ****** chose not to move forward with his deal after we fixed the vehicle

The vehicle was not repaired, as the same steering malfunctions continued I did not keep the car 3 weeks because the dealership had the vehicle for 6 days , the dealership has now stollen $712.00 from me by only providing me with part of my $2000.00 down payment. The contract I signed is not applicable in this situation nor did the dealership provide any receipts / repair documents / fees / or any other paperwork to justify withholding $712.00 . This was done completely on spite as they held the car deliberately longer then the end of day it was promised to capitalize on the part of the contract that they think encompasses fees to be subtracted from my $2000 down payment again the contract I signed has nothing to do with my down payment which I am 100% entitled to. Please provide the part of the contract you think gives you the right to steal $712.00 and not even furnish a receipt to justify why you held $712.00 back out of the $2000.00 down payment.

My experience with this car dealer has been nothing short of a nightmare. Just 10 days after purchasing the car, the transmission gave out, followed by thermostat issues. To add insult to injury, the person responsible for car inspections confessed they lacked the ability to thoroughly check the vehicles. The salesman, who seemed genuinely troubled by my predicament, hinted at internal disarray.***** in the office further exacerbated the situation with his rude and difficult demeanor. Communication breakdowns continued as ***** failed to respond to my messages until I resorted to threatening to picket the establishment with a group of people. It's disheartening to resort to such measures to get basic attention. The repair process was equally disconcerting. After enduring a 1.5-month wait for the promised transmission repair, I discovered they reneged on their commitment to an authorized transmission facility. Instead, they had some individuals handle it in the back of their premises. The lack of transparency was astounding. Now, as if the ordeal wasn't enough, I'm facing yet another issue with the car. When I requested documentation for the transmission warranty, the response has been radio silence. It's apparent they're withholding vital information, and my appeals for transparency have fallen on **** ears.I implore anyone considering this dealership to steer clear. My situation has reached a point where legal action may be necessary. If there's any decency left in their business, I urge them to provide the much-needed transmission paperwork promptly.Place is a scam! Sold me a warranty after the fact, probably not legalBusiness Response

Most of the repairs done here are done internally, and we dont maintain invoices on those because these are done by vendors that work only on dealership vehicles. However, with contacted the vendor to type up an invoice after the repair. We should have it sent out shortly.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because:I paid for this vehicle in full on July 12/13 and have not received any title paperwork as required by mail. Including some sort of "exemption rebate refund check" due to my veteran status that was offered by sales team. The vehicle was not signed for upon delivery. ********************* was informed of numerous issues day of receipt/delivery on 7/26/23.********************* informed of the Revocation of Acceptance on August 10th.
The dealership's non-committal vague promise of paying "some" of the at least $8,083.17 repair estimate does not include considerable and concerning frame damage. I cannot afford the extensive repair cost. The vehicle was purchased due to being described as "fully repaired, passed safety inspection, great condition and best-running car on the lot, with no issues."
"AS IS" is not an acceptable excuse when the vehicle was sold under the pretense of being in great & fully repaired condition - neither is true. Especially due to no disclosure of significant frame damage, which was not in the vehicle report and was known to management, according to the terminated salesman.Dealership communication is poor. Does not return calls, regardless of what the sales manager promised to do on August 3rd, 7th,10, and 14th. I always contact them. The sales manager "began looking for a repair shop" since August 3rd and has not contacted me/returned phone calls - I call him after the return contact is not made in a reasonable time frame. He still has not provided a name, place, or appointment for an auto shop. I had to seek this independently.
The salesman was indeed terminated per recent conversations with him and he would like to testify to this. He has disclosed dealership's management knew of the vehicle's extensive, unrepaired, undisclosed frame damage to the extent that it could not qualify for a bank loan and purposefully portrayed the vehicle in a deceptive manner. A quick ****** background search of the owner (***********************)shows a pattern with dozens of dissatisfied and defrauded customers.

I purchased a 2016 ****** Forester as is on 6/24/2023. I paid $6000 up front and financed the remaining balance. While driving home, all indicator lights on the dash including the check engine light came on. I called and left a voicemail that afternoon with no response. I took the car to a local repair shop on Monday 6/26 and called the dealer multiple times and advised they would be calling the owner and get back to me. I took the car back to a local shop on 7/3 and to a shop that specializes in transmissions on 7/10. I was told the vehicle will need a new transmission as the incorrect transmission fluid and traces of metal were in the transmission as well as the transmission was slipping. The cost of this repair is over $7000 I called the dealer again 7/10/2023 to advise of the situation and was told I could purchase the warranty but could not have it repaired at any of the locations I have already taken it to. When I asked for other options I was also told the owner was out of the country and was referred to another warranty company. I am seeking either repair or replacement as the cost is greater than the amount I have paid and this was not disclosed to me at time of sale. Additionally, I requested a CARFAX report that I was shown online only that I later had to pay for as it was not included.Initial Complaint

On Feb 4,2023 I visited this car dealership to view a 2020 Aston ****** db11. I took with me a copy of my VA disability letter and the payoff information from the car I was trading. I spoke with ***************** the sale person.I told ******** wanted to talk with my ************ reference financing. He asks me to leave a deposit of $1000.00 dollars if I was serious, I pay the deposit and gave him the VA Letter and the payoff information on the car I was trading in. I return to purchase the car on Feb 7,2023. *** was not there. I told the sale person I was a disabled Vet and I had given my VA Letter to ***. I also told this person that I do not pay Tag and Title fees because of my disability. On the Bill of Sale this person charged me$ ****** for tag. again, i told this person. this was wrong. He said the state still required this because they use a third party to handle the tag and title.May 5 at 10;54 am I received a text from someone at this dealership asking for a copy of my VA letter again. when asked who was I talking with, I received a second text saying my name is **** and I am the new title clerk at Used Import. I guess I did not respond fast enough. This lady called me at **** and stated she was trying to get a refund of the money the dealership paid to the state and needed my ** letter again.I asked her was the dealership going to refund my $****** dollars. she said she would ask. she gave me her email address to send the letter . I send the letter. I have not heard back, she wanted me to hurry up and send my letter so they could get there money back from the state, but not answer my question .Her number ************ and email is **********************Business Response

We have been charged over $2600 on behalf of this customer based on the information provided by him. He has to cooperate to get a refund for that money or pay that money before he can talk about any refund of his own. This is highly frivolous complaint by him as he already owes ** the tax money as of now. The $158 he keep claiming is the state Titlework money that is charged to every customer by ** as a standard fee and covers the temporary tags, emissions, and permanent tags. He needs to send that letter or else we will have to put a lien on this vehicle for the amount charged by the state.

We have received the letter from ******. We thank him for that. We have started a refund case with the state of GA as they have already charged ** taxes and knowing the state affairs, if we are lucky we will get a response back from them. It is inconvenient for both parties but in this **************** has to understand that we have NOT COLLECTED taxes from him based on the information that he provided ** and in turn, we got charged $2626 dollars which is the money that is supposed to be paid by the ******************** - however we are fighting the state of ** trying to get back the money that we never collected from him so we are at a BIG LOSS here not him, yet. We are trying diligently to resolve this amicably to everyone's advantage. We are very respectful of **************** and want him to be a satisfied customer however, we are in a difficult situation trying to recover the money whereas he is seeing it as a undue refund of a much smaller amount to himself, that too base on the wrong premise that he is not supposed to pay of the tags and emissions and temp tags etc. which is a standard charge on all transactions by all dealers.Customer Answer

We purchased a car from this dealership that had a clean carfax report. The vehicle was not advertised with any damage. Upon receiving the vehicle and taking it for to our local *** shop because the driver side door was blowing air, we were told the vehicle was involved in a major accident and had damages that cant even be repaired. On July 21, 2022, I, ************************************* purchased a 2018 *** ******* from Used Imports Auto. I first test drove the vehicle to a mechanic shop called **** Brothers and had a pre purchased inspection diagnostic check on the car. I was advised that the car had a oil drip from the turbo, and I immediately returned the vehicle back to Used Imports Auto and advised them that I wouldn't purchase the vehicle under those conditions. Used Imports Auto asked me to allow them one day to repair the turbo oil leak because they had a inhouse mechanic and wanted to make the sale. I agreed to return the next business day and was given a document from Used Imports Auto that stated the turbo had been repaired. Upon driving the car from Georgia back home to Tennessee, the *** began leaking oil as it had been all along. I immediately took the car to the *** ********** which took over a month of my car being in the shop due to being backed up for six weeks and was advised that the turbo, turbo line, and the engine replacement was needed. I politely informed Used Imports Auto what *** said was wrong with the car that I had not yet got to drive, but was told to contact the warranty that I purchased from them to make the repair. I respectfully contacted the warranty only to be advised that they would only cover the turbo not the engine until the engine had total engine failure. I politely informed Used Imports Auto that I would like to do a buy back because the vehicle would not be repaired, and was refused. I was left with no further option but to surrender the vehicle to the bank that financed it, and never got to enjoy the vehicle that I purchased from Used Imports Auto.Business Response

We are very sorry to hear that you had returned the vehicle back to the bank. The vehicle was sold with a warranty and was as is from the dealership side. I wish it was sent to a proper repair shop and we would have connected the buyer with the warranty company to get any pending issues taken care of. *** that its with a bank, we dont have any control on this situation. 19 yr old Son purchased a car and within a week the engine blew. He purchased a warranty and they referred him to dealer now dealer referred him back to warranty. Warranty havent been paid its like nobody want to take action. I get involved and was told by dealer they will give me a call within a hr by ***** he said he dont do business like that but looking at reviews I dont know about this business.Business Response
Date: 09/17/2022
The vehicle was delivered with a good running motor and was driven out of here. The fact that the complainant mentioned themselves that the Motor was blown, it speaks to the core issue. The Driver - 19 year old son of the complainant - most definitely have pushed the vehicle to really hard causing the engine to blow. This is a sporty vehicle and we have seen that in the past where young drivers break the vehicles within days. It is considered a vehicle abuse.
Now lets look at the facts, if the vehicle has a problem, it would have been there on a day one of the sale. The complainant mentioned that it was several days later and that too a catastrophic issue like Engine Blowing up, is a result of an abuse by the driver.
Warranties normally don't cover driver forced breakages and abuses. We can try to help in the repairs by providing cheaper shop rates and parts but it will most like be denied by any warranty company.

I purchased a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Used Import Autos on Sunday May 22, 2022. I had the Vehicle for over a week before I was able to drive it because they didnt provide me with the temp tags. Once I finally receive the tags and was able to drive the vehicle I started noticing a weird sound coming from the car and summed it up to bad brake pads. After 3 weeks of listening to this sound, I got annoyed and took it to the shop to get it checked out. The mechanic put the car on the lift and immediately saw that the car was missing the front drive shaft, he also suggested that they may have removed the drive shaft in order to disguise a problem with the transfer case. I called UI Autos and they told me that the car was in good shape and the driveshaft mustve gotten stolen. The only problem with their theory is I live in a gated community, I work on a military installation and to remove the drive shaft requires you to remove the subframe so the vehicle would have to be place on a lift. These people are criminals, no way around it and after reading the other reviews I can concur that this is a regular occurrence.Business Response
Date: 06/25/2022
We are really sorry to hear about your experience. This Jeep was a trade in vehicle from a customer who has provided us with regular maintenance history. There was no indication of any drive shaft being removed or missing.
The way you have worded this complaint with use of strong allegations language shows a strong bias. We sell these cars on as is where is conditions but still make sure that all the safety checks are done.
