  I provided this company with emergency restoration services in January of 2023. I performed the services and dealt with their insurance company to provide payment. The insurance company sent a check to the owner and the owner is refusing to pay for the services provided in the amount of *******. The insurance company agreed with the amount and the business is now committing fraud. I have reached out to everyone possible and get no response.

  This complaint has clearly been filed against the wrong company.  There is another local company with the name LifeHope (www.lifehope.com) and we have been confused with them in the past.  We are LifeHope Labs (www.lifehopelabs.com). 

  If you look at the name on the documentation filed with the complaint, ********************* was the name of the owner of the company on the work order, but our company is not owned by **********************  LifeHope Labs, has no properties on Northland Drive (the address on the work order), we have not contracted any work for any property on Northland Drive, nor have we received any check from an insurance company.  

  Please let us know what additional information you need to clear this up.
