Great results! Helped with an issue I'd struggled with for years. Was told certain next steps were included, but is now refusing to help without having to pay for additional appointments. I'd approach with caution, will probably cost more than you are told. I'll take my business elsewhere before caving to a money grab.

*****, thank you for your comments. We respect and appreciate the feedback provided by all of our patients, and we always strive to provide the highest levels of patient care and service. Your acknowledgement that: (i) we addressed your medical issues in a manner other providers were unable to and (ii) you and your family, despite thousands of alternatives in the ******* metro area, have chosen to attend our practice for years demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest levels of patient care and service. We presented the $15 alternative to an unaffiliated standalone lab, understanding the inconvenience of the 40-minute drive to an alternate lab. However, he demanded a solution, that utilizes the doctor's **** to draft an order for so he can go to a closer lab. Lab tests ordered through LabCorp or Quest and billed through insurance require a physicians appointment to generate the correct diagnostic codes to be covered. Our office regularly receives audit requests from health insurance providers and has rejected claims for lab work completed without an associated physician appointment Our historical willingness to spend additional, non-paid **** and resources and go above and beyond to accommodate patients is, at ****s, and with certain patients, misconstrued to a limitless patient right. And, for the avoidance of doubt, we are not a free health clinic. And, frankly, instead of appreciating the fact that we accommodate to the extent feasible, ***** has elected to bully us by posting unfavorable reviews. Our reputation, service-level and care speak for itself. Our pricing is listed on our website, and we strive to be as transparent as possible
