I have been having problems with my apartment complex fixing or replacing appliances in the unit. 2 weeks ago the washer flooded (carpets wet) my unit 3 times and I called, visited in person and emailed the leasing office several times. They promised they would replace it and fix the service requests I submitted but nothing was done. On Thursday, March 28th, they sent an email that their offices would be closed. At this point I was furious and sent an urgent email to the property who was defensive. This has been happening for several years on and off. The washer has been the longest service request I've had to submit multiple times (my family and I have 2 weeks of dirty laundry). Other appliance problems include an old and outdated dryer that is defective due to several times takes hours to dry my laundry. My stove is old and the burners have been giving problems as well. my toilet is ****** and the plumbing in my bathroom is cross wired (cold water is hot and vice versa. My carpets are old and have not been cleaned since 2021, since the flooding they look worse and smells like wet dog. All these problems are ongoing and the staff hardly communicates and when they do they sometimes don't complete the requests on time or completely ignore until I get upset. I am on time with my rent and should be compensated in some way for my years of unfair treatment. i filed a complaint against them in 2021-2022 but I got Covid 19 really bad and missed the dte to respond to you (BBB)
