    The trash situation at ********* is revolting and unsanitary. Trash will pile up for weeks, get cleaned up, then the whole cycle starts all over again. Management is aware of the issue but keeps extending the timeline for when it will be fixed.One particularly frustrating issue is that our mailbox keys were changed without any notice or explanation. We kept asking when wed get the new keys and were told they were being shipped. Months later, we found out they were just waiting on a check to order them.Other issues that Ill elaborate on more when I have time include my apartment flooding due to my upstairs neighbors leak, which left me spending two hours cleaning up the mess. *** also had to live with a gaping hole above my shower, exposing wet insulation for months. On top of that, the building exterior is rotting.
