    **** took on our case quickly, we met in person once where he was happy to take a check of ****** for a retainer. This was to fight custody rights. **** wasnt licensed to practice in the know state of the court (SC) so he hired a lawyer there and offered to pay him $750 to handle our case we later found out. Well Mr ********************** never did any work for us or showed for any court or repeated request from us to meet with him. We found out he also didnt pay the SC lawyer either. Since we have lost the case, and the child is now in a ****** home. **** is at home with our ****** he wont return.

    I consulted with Mr. ****** 5 months ago on some legal issues. I officially hired him over a month ago. Payment was made, he made verbal agreements on deadlines which he didn't meet. He has yet to meet with the client, he has lied about services rendered and also failed to provide case files and other documents requested. I only want documentation of proof of serves and a proper calculation of payment as well as a refund of the remaining balance. He lacks necessary communication and is very unprofessional in the communication when he does return calls or texts.
