Sent repair fee of $99.99 2 weeks ago. Have not received mailing envelope. Made numerous calls, left several messages, they don't answer phones. I want a refund or an envelope for repair.Customer response

After waiting for weeks for a mailing label, I sent my hearing aid for repair on July 18. I want to know when I will be getting it back. They do not answer their phones. I am very upset, and need to be able to hear.Initial Complaint

10/7/2019 aquired hearing aids from listen clear.since that time I have called numerous times never return call .no answer message only when you call,have comlained they dont work batteries run out in a11 hr period ,if not hearing is not at all good they dont work very well.am tired of leaving messages want to return them get my money back but you can never talk to anyone it is a terrible company their prodduct is horrible i am tired of them1900.00 for cost ..my family tells me all the time they are useless .have had differt hearing test and my hearing is not terrible i could do without most of the timebut decided to get them to hear better.I want to return them cancel my payments they never answer never call back horrible co...and their product is terrible every day you nee new batteriesInitial Complaint

My significant other purchased a set of hearing aids for me back in 2019. I contacted Listenclear several times in the beginning and they were wonderful. I have ordered replacement tips from them in the past and had no problem getting them. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for the past six months because I need new tips and no one answers the phone. It says to leave a message and someone will call me back. I have done this several times over and over and over again and I never get a response. I have gone online to find some tips like the ones they recommend and can not find any that matches. I have no clue what brand they are or who I can contact to get some so I can wear these hearing aids. These were not cheap to buy and I would like to use them so I can hear people talk to me and hear the TV. This is very bad customer service and the covid pandemic should not be blamed on this type of service. Someone should be able to answer clients calls at least. I would not recommend them to anyone after this service and can not find the tips anywhere. I also went online to there website and tried to contact them and the form would not go through it came back saying there was an error. I also tried this several times and received the same error every time.Business response

Listen Clear would like to apologize about the availability issues that were experienced. In review Listen Clear found there were voice mails left by Ms. ********* and Listen Clear attempted to reach out but were unable to make contact. It is not common place at Listen Clear to not continue attempting to reach customers and it appears the ball was dropped on our end. We are working to rectify these issues and will be reaching out to Ms. ********* within the next 24hrs to make sure her needs are taken care of.
