    I'd leave a zero if I could. Hours late and when I requested a reschedule bc it was 7pm, he showed up anyway. Hes initially pleasant but he strong arms you and is purposefully misleading. he charged me several hundred dollars to seal my damaged wall from the elements... Which didn't happen. He pushed the window back into the wall, yet still left it completely exposed and open. Found 2 frogs and plenty of bugs in my house after and had to put tarps back up anyway. No further services rendered, yet had also charged me for a deposit I never agreed to, as opposed to just charging me for the "patch". Was aware I had to wait on homeowners and needed a full itemized estimate prior to agreeing to any work. No contract existed or was signed. We did not even have an estimate. Attempted to contact to make things right/gain clarification and was met with hostility. Actually screamed at me and then hung up on me. Questioned my integrity for no longer feeling comfortable working with him after the yelling and refusal to answer questions. Finally sent me an estimate written on lined paper (missing materials and more paragraphs of insults towards my partner and I than an actual estimate, it was absolutely not something I could ever submit to insurance) but still couldn't explain how much this supposed deposit was even within the estimate. I'll be filing a report and I wanted to leave a review in efforts of saving others the same horrible experience.Last note - said his cash app was a business one but it isn't. be wary!
