  I was subcontracted to do property maintenance for Bloomhouse Landscape and Irrigation here in ************ S.C. They lost their contract after 5 months. They will not pay the remaining balance. The owner and I have talked and he has lied numerous times that he is going to pay me. Its has been months and I am going to have to now pay a laywer to get me a fraction of what is owed. They owe me more than $12k . Look at this rating ! if never seen such a low BBB rating. Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !

  Buyer beware! Any contract that starts with "Bloomhouse aims to" should be your first warning sign. Do your due diligence on this company and the people involved!

  We understand that the market is getting increasingly tough for unskilled competitors like yourself. However, to go through these lengths is insane. To use BBB as a **** in your war is even worse, we have searched our records for customers with the initials as your and the email you use and cant find any records of ever doing business with anyone with the email ************************* Its increasing sad that BBB continues to allow customers to place false reviews and claim that they are VERIFIED. If a customer or complaint is valid, BHL will gladly address it but please contact us at our office and provide us more information or if you need assistance gaining customers contact us we will gladly advice you. We understand landscaping is a cut throat business, but we will continue to do it the right way.

  This business is awful! I signed my contract to have my sod laid by them on 26 April 2022. I was told they would start the week prior to Mothers Day, but they pushed it back to the following week. They came on Wednesday to cut my grass, on Thursday they came to till the soil, in the process of tilling they severed my **** broadband line and left without informing me of the damage. My account manager at the time was ***************************. I called and emailed the company several times on Friday to inform them, they stated the didn't know it had happened, and proceeded to file an incident report. They called Utilities Protection to come and ****** my property, which pushed the project back a week. I called and went to their business to get some answers, because ************** was not calling me or answering my calls. And eventually the office stopped taking my calls. I make sure to follow up every action I take with them with a text message. I told them I wanted a refund, so they came to the house and sprayed the grass, leveled out removed sod from my yard. In spraying my grass the over sprayed my neighbors yard and killed a portion of their newly laid sod. I was told the the only delay with my sod, was that the sod farm hadn't delivered my sod, but that it would be delivered the Tuesday after memorial day. At this point my property is looking like c*** with no sod for almost a month. I am livid. I call, leave messages, and send emails, with little or no response. At this point all I am asking for is updates, some communication as to what is going on and why so many delays. I also requested a new account manager, which I was told on Tuesday via email that he would reach out to me on the same day. He didn't, but as of Friday he did call and apologize for the delays, but could not state WHEN THEY WOULD COMPLETE THE **** WHICH THEY WERE ALREADY PAID FOR. THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF MY SOD WAS DELIVERED OR NOT!! This is the worst business I have worked with I DON'T recommend them!
