      I have been trying for one year to get removed from Southern Belle 233 Bull St mailing list but every month I get another large post card promotional mailer that doesnt fit into my apt mailbox. I have called emailed and texted. If this company is as incompetent as this, I cant imagine listing my house with them or renting from them! Please help me remove my address from their list:***** ********* **************************************

      My mother rented with property with her best friend for the week. The property sleeps 4 guests. We are local to the area and while my mother was staying at the little pearl on Tybee Island, I drove down on a a Friday evening with my two sisters to have a mother daughter dinner. At 6:30 that night the property manager, *****, called and threatened to kick my mother out and call the cops saying they saw us on camera in the property and that we had one extra guest than was allowed. Mind you, 5 people were not sleeping at the property. The fifth person was just there to enjoy dinner with her mother. The fact that the owners were filming my family while they rented a private residence is a gross invasion of privacy. The management company ********* and threatened good paying guests. Ruined my mothers well earned vacation. When I called to speak with them the following day after my mother and her friend vacated three days early due to how uncomfortable they were made to feel, I was met with hostility and zero solutions or help. Terrible customer service. I would love to speak with the owners of the property that my mother rented as well as the owner of Southern Belle Vacation Rentals. We are all stil in shock over what occurred.

      We had bugs in our rental. When we called they sent a can of Raid to the house we were renting. Very disappointing. We stayed the year before and it was wonderful. Very disappointed this year.

      Great stay at a Southern Belle run condo on Tybee Island. Communication was plentiful, easy checkin, and access to the pool was great. Condo was clean with plenty of supplies and regular checkins by southern belle to ensure our stay was great.

      The condo at Southern Belle ******** was great! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is conveniently located so we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The area was safe and the people were friendly. While the building itself is old, the condo was updated and clean. The view from the windows was amazing but they were thin so not great if you are a light sleeper. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again!

      I called Southern Belle about a lint blockage in the dryer ventilation system. They promptly sent a technician to our property and he performed the work flawlessly. *********** fully explained and corrected a clogged ventilation system. He totally explained what he was doing and advised ******* possible on the outside of the condo and suggested for us to call the homeowners association and report the problem to them. *********** was very pleasant to talk to and it was quite evident that he knew what he was doing. *********** is a definite asset to Southern Belle Vacation Rentals.

      Our Cooler Getaway by Southern Belle Vacation Rentals is truly the best location for a Tybee Island vacation, and the host certainly exceeded expectations. We arrived in the middle of the night and are technically challenged. We couldn't figure out the door code. Southern Belle Vacation responded in moments to help us get in. We had a package shipped ahead of our arrival and it was sitting inside when we arrived. The Tybee Island Lighthouse is within walking distance from our condo. There is private access to the beach just a short walk away. The view of the ocean was very entertaining as we watched cargo ships enter the Savannah ****** So whether you plan to just relax in a well appointed condo, spend time at the beach or enjoy the great food and shops on the island, this is the best location and the best place to rent from.       Booked a beautiful home in Tybee using Southern Belle Vacation Rentals. The house was exactly as decribed and Southern Belle was very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

      Location, felt safe. Loved the view from The windows. And the windows open to allow a fresh breeze. Southern Bell has been very informative and polite. Recommend using them.

      We used Southern Belle ********/ Tybee Vacation Rentals for our first trip to Tybee Island. The condo was beautiful and an exceptionally clean place to stay. Very short walk to the beach and all shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Loved having access to the pool and the extra towels and small cooler were a bonus.
