      Placed order on 3/23/23 for $78.00 and yes my credit card was charged. 1 week later, it still stated my order was waiting to be fulfilled. 1 week after that, it says the online store is currently unavailable due to maintenance. It still says that today. I called numerous times and had to leave a message (no answer). I emailed them on 3/31/23 and no response. I've contact my credit card company to stop payment, which will take 1-2 months to get a credit back on my card.Google maps shows this address as a vacant lot. This business doesn't exist, but their website when I placed the order was full of paper office products you could order. I'm disgusted that people are pulling scams every day. We're a small construction company trying to make a buck and companies like this are scamming companies like us to steal money.

      I ordered a of wide format sticker paper on 3/9/23 in the amount of $133.20. Card was charged. ******** listed as Awaiting Fulfillment for some time. Now the site is completely down, claiming it is undergoing maintenance. No response from the company to emails or phone calls.

      I ordered and paid for 17 x 22 paper sheets 2/7/2023 @ $106.55 . The order has not been processed; no notification of status. It appears to be scam site judging from the complaints. There is another scam site PlotterPaper.com that also seems to be operated by these people with a nearby ** address. .

      I placed an order on Nov 16th 2022 and as of today 01/16/23 have not received my order and an unable to get them to respond to any requests for update or cancellation. I was charged for my order, my financial documents say the payment went through 11/17/22. On my "account" with them, the order is "awaiting fulfillment." I was able to call once and leave a voicemail, sometime within the first couple weeks. Since then they voicemail box has been full and it hangs up on you with no options. I have tried their website messaging system, and sending e-mails to the address they provide on the website. I have never been contacted in response to any of my attempts. I will be contact my financial institution to seek to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back. Very disappointed.

      Placed an order on 24 Nov. 2022, and my bank account was charged $89.00. The order never shipped. I called the listed number many times but received no response. A ****** search of the address shows an empty lot where the ** is supposed to be. Tried a domain search but unable to find info on the owner(s). Ditto for a search with the ******* Secretary of State.

      Ordered products online from the secure website.Money was taken out of my account almost immediately.Waited over a week to call after no shipping emails.No response for almost a month now. Have called and left messages 3 times. Emailed and left messages on their website. No response at all. This website needs taken down before more gullable people like me fall for the scam.

      I ordered paper on May 23rd for the amount of $452.15 and I have not received the paper but I have paid for it. I emailed them on June 15th asking for an update but received no response. I have called numerous times with no responses. What concerns me is that I am getting a message that says their mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message.

      Our order (Order #******) was placed on 21st Feb 2022 through the email ************************** and has not received any updates since the date of order. It has been "awaiting fulfillment", and after multiple attempts to contact the company without any response, both through email and phone calls, we have concluded that we are being scammed. I informed Wide Format Paper that if I did not receive a refund for my purchase, we would be contacting the BBB. My last attempt to make contact was also a failure, based on their phone inbox being full. We are requesting a refund and compensation for wasting our time.

      I ordered (2) Rolls of 36 x 500 Green ****** Bond Paper and (2) Rolls of 36 x 500 Yellow ****** Bond Paper on 9/14/21 for which our credit card was charged $345.00. The paper never arrived. When checking online it still shows status "awaiting fulfillment". I've tried sending emails with no response. When calling, you are directed to a voice mailbox. If there is a way to get the amount charged refunded, that would be appreciated.
