I applied for. 3 bedroom apartement and was denied reason given fraudulent documentation and rental history. Explain how fraudulent documentation could had been received. The application process includes links to follow to allow direct unrestricted access to bank accounts and payroll platform with my employer. There is no possible way I could have provided anything fraudulent. Also provided was documentation for my self employment income as owner of tractor trailer for my LLC Quick Cargo. This also would be reflected in the bank account why have full and total access to incoming payments for that company are documented as well as my payroll and my rent distributions monthly, would have been indicated in the back account they were granted unrestricted access to. Also I contact my land lord whom is a private renter she does. It document my rental payment or report to credit bureau she is a normal person renting a home to me for over 7 years now. She was not contacted to proved any rental history and so how was the determination made that I have no rental history. In short their explanation for denial is less than adequate and intact a lie. Id like my application reconsidered or a thorough explanation of said fake documents as I have everything available from my employer and mt business income as well as my landlord who can attest to my rental history. Absolutely appalled at the flagrant dishonesty and accusing statements made as a way to deny my application absolutely ridiculous. I pay 1800 a month in rent and that was proven in the access to my bank account and have been for 7 plus years. Had the job actually been done to verify anything this information would be proven. There was absolutely nothing fraudulent submitted and you cannot prove otherwise nor was there any attempt to allow for details on anything your poorly trained intake people could not comprehend. Disgusting service and I will continue to report this type of treatment daily.
