    I paid $500 cash on (4/4/2024) for work I was gonna have done to my vehicle here. The next day (4/5/2024) I decided to put having the work done off, and requested a refund. I had already spoke to Maaco corporate and they told me I was *********** a refund since parts havent arrived, and no work had been done to my vehicle. I call back to the shop today and at first they tried to tell me the parts had already come in and I wasnt *********** a refund. I got off the phone and went to the shop in person to speak to a manager and when I get there they tell me the parts havent arrived and I wwas *********** a refund and would be receiving it today. They told me they could refund me at the time and they would call me within an hour to come pick up my refund. All day no one has returned my phone calls, or my request to speak with a manager and I still have not received my refund. I have called three times today and havent been able to speak to a manager or get an ETA on when I can come pick up my money. Im a disabled military veteran and having my money and time played with like this doesnt sit well with me.

    Came in and got an estimate from ******************************* 3/28/2022 (Maaco Store#M2103 ********************************************************* *****) . Got an revised estimate from ************************* 4/2/2022 ($1606.35). Drop off the car on 4/2/2022 and pickup the car4/19/2022. When over all the paint issues with ******** and was told that **** was no longer at this location. Talked to the current manager ***********************. ***** look over the paint issues and asked me to bring the car back in two weeks. Drop off the car on 5/9/2022and pick the car up on Wednesday 5/18/2022. When over the car with ***** and showed him the two chips on the car even after he said they repaint it (I have pictures). ***** said that there are nothing he could do even though the paint job come with 4 yrs warranty.

    Maaco painted the truck, it looked good upon picking it up. *********************** ****** insisted that I had to pay with cash. He wrote a small receipt and assured me that it would be under warranty. Upon returning to the location it was closed the Maaco in Marietta advised that he stole money from customers (me being one of them) and that the warranty is not in the system. Been trying to call corporate forever and customer service and received no answer or call back. However, overspray on tires, wheelwell, rubber piece on top of bumper (I had to buy a new one), also the rubber door seals had paint all over it! The emblems are crooked and glue was left all over the truck that I have tried to get off with several products and nothings worked thus far. Stay away!!!!!!
