  I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December of 2023 . I over paid taxes on this vehicle. The *** sent my over payment to this dealership. For over 30 days I've been calling and asking for them to return my refund. All I been getting is the run around. As if they are trying to keep the money . Or frustrate me enough to say forget it.

  My current mechanic is retiring very and I had hoped to find with CGA a good replacement, a good honest bunch that I could be with for years to come. Unfortunately, a recent incident has exposed a number of disturbing things about CGA. I had gotten my wheels aligned a month ago, but then notice my steering wheel was crooked and that the car was pulling to the side when I braked. I took it to CGA and they told me I needed pretty much everything in the front end steering replaced, bill $2,200 quote. They also charged me $120 for the quote while I was thinking what to do. I went back to my old mechanic, who within 5 minutes showed me that the original wheel alignment was done badly. So I went and got a new wheel alignment and it's driving as good as new. I went back to CGA to tell them and the head mechanic was very defensive, standing by his original evaluation. These guys have no idea what they are talking about, or worse they are careless and happy to ***** you. They come across as confident of their opinion but it's a smoke screen. I'm still looking for a decent honest mechanic in the area and if you are wise you will (like me) steer clear (pardon the pun) of CGA.

  Customer brought vehicle (2006 Suburban with over 280k miles )  in complaining of his truck leaning to the right.Customer stated he recently had an alignment done at another shop.Our ASE certified mechanic inspected the vehicle and determined that the front suspension was wore out.Our tech also noted that the jam nut was loose on the tie rod.We advised customer that he needed to replace his inner and outer tie rods ends and control arms to properly repair his vehicle. Customer declined repairs. He stated the truck was not worth that much money. Customer was charged for the diagnostic fee.
