    I have become a repeat customer with **********************! The quality of the hair is top notch and so is the service. In a climate where EVERYONE and their mama sells hair, I've noticed the **************** as well as the Quality tends suffer. Not with IHS... they respond promptly and will even offer same day pick up on their products in stock. They have a customer for life as long as they don't change a thing!

    In 2019 my hair began to fallout ! It was my 50th yr . It was difficult to search through all the so called human hair sellers! I googled real Indian hair , tapped on each & then there it was IHS. Read their Why Shop With Us? THAT WAS IT , called the **************** answered @1am ! OMGG , had to try one, purchased Lace Front 14 natural curly. Took less than 1 week to receive. Upon receiving the lace front it was so close to my hair texture, I was amazed! It had no hard odor, soft , unprocessed and didnt tangle up through my processing it. After I lifted the color , my stylist installed it, looked as if it were mine . My own mom (SIP) was amazed @how it looked & felt like my hair ! That was 6 yrs back , that wig is still worn and beautiful on my head. Speaking with them to make purchases for my approaching 56yrs bd????. Only downside is the black base (after the lace frontal) scalps are not black!5 starts stand!Few family members and friends sent them to IHS site and they have been satisfied with their purchases.Customer service they are excellent and they have always answered calls..LADIES YOU WILL APPRECIATE THE *******************

    They According to their assertions, they state that their hair has not undergone any processing, indicating that it has not been colored. However, this statement is fundamentally false. I proceeded to purchase two bundles of hair and personally examined them, only to discover that both had indeed been subjected to color processing. Subsequently, I contacted their customer service department, expressing my concerns in a calm and composed manner. Regrettably, I was met with an impolite response, wherein I was informed that they had no intention of engaging in further conversation with me or pursuing any future business opportunities.

    I've been ordering from Indian Hair Shop since 2017. I've never had any issues with my orders or the quality of the hair. The hair when it comes smells amazing! It's soft and supple, and the closures blend so well. I really like the curly variety. It does not tangle, you don't need a lot of product for it to keep its look and I personally love it! With proper maintenance this hair will last you a year ir better. It also has minimal shedding. Really glad I found this company way back when and I will remain a faithful customer!

    I love IHS!!! This hair is so amazing. I have been using this company for 3 years now and I must say they have-never failed me. My shipment was on time. And my order came in with top quality. No shedding, no tangles, just soft, beautiful natural unprocessed raw hair. Im very happy with my purchase. ****

    I was truly disappointed this hair did not work for me. The Person I spoke with asked did I follow instructions wash , condition and air dry the hair before installing. Of course I did - as a black woman - I have been buying hair for 40 yrs. I was tried of buying cheap hair - so I decided instead of spending $150 for hair I wanted quality hair that would last at least a year . I spent $536 for hair from this company. I was so disappointed. I had a new person who installed my hair. So I waited a month to make sure if the quality of this hair was good. I don't think I can even use it again. I spent $280 to have it installed $ 816. This is totally acceptable. The hair tangles and is not top quality hair for $ 500. I have a right to give a review on my experience. I think it is always a risk buying hair online. Did not work in my favor.

    Ma'am during our conversation you said you followed our instructions and you didn't notice any issues with the hair prior to installing it. The problems started after your install with a new stylist. After washing and drying if you had noticed ANY issues with the hair we would've exchanged it for you no questions asked. We're one of the only hair companies that actually REQUIRES you to wash the hair and do a quality check BEFORE installing it. We also provide a phone number for customer service because we stand behind our products. We've had the same business phone number for 14yrs! No other hair company can claim that. We're truly disappointed to hear about your experience. We hope you'll give us a second chance and allow us to directly assist you during the quality checking process BEFORE you go and install it so we can make sure the hair you received is absolutely perfect.
