    I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants for my daughter in volcanic color. What we received was a hoodie in volcanic color and sweatpants color black. My daughter also didnt like the material that the sweatpants were made of. I contacted *****-*** for a refund and shipping label so I could send these pants back. They took 3 days to respond. They asked if I could send them a picture of the pants. I sent them a picture. Then they responded telling me, we didnt have the color you ordered in stock so to ship out your order in a timely manner we sent you black pants. Please accept this and well give you a discount coupon on your next order. I told them no, thats not acceptable. I would like a shipping label and a refund for these pants. Again, these are not what I ordered! Its been two days. No response from them!

    On 5/10/2924 when order was accidentally placed because website froze I requested my order be cancelled. I was trying to apply to delete items as well as apply a discount to see total. The app SHOP has my credit card information and the order was placed by accident because website froze. I immediately requested a refund of $294. The merchant refused. I do not want the clothing it is cheap clothing from ***** that is overpriced. I do not want merchandise credit.

    in February I returned an order, and when they gave me the option if I wanted store credit or a full refund, I chose the option full refund. They did not give me the full refund. Instead, they gave me the store credit, and when I complained to them about it, they told me there was nothing they can do, so i figured I would eventually use the store credit. Fast forward to the other day, I decided to use the $104 I had in store credit and ordered some things. My order came out to $109. When I was at checkout, I applied my store credit only having to owe about $5 and some change. I was very careful about placing the order, because I had heard from fellow friends of mine that they have been also screwed over with payments with whitefox. After i placed the order, it took me only a few minutes to realize they charged my card the full amount, not including my store credit. I have been non stop emailing them, messaging them on instagram and they have done nothing but ignore me. My bank disputed the charge, however Whitefox re-charged my card again despite the emails I have sent. My bank said at this point there is nothing they can do. I was very careful while placing my order and am sure I applied the store credit, because they have also screwed me over before. Please help me.
