      Date: 10/20/2021 Charges: ****** (split in two charges ****** & 49.68)I somehow got a credit card charge for this place that I immediately called my bank and identified as fraudulent. However, several days later I received a package full of pills with no contact information. I threw the pills away because I would never trust any package of pills that I did not order and I assumed my credit card company would take care of this. Packaging had no return information or information for contacting the shipper and no mention of website. My credit card company ended up declining my claim because...all they have to do is show that they delivered to my address...got them to look into it further and as long as they can prove that they have your personal information and it shipped to you then you are stuck with the charges.

      To clarify, all orders that are placed online are consumer-initiated. We received an order from you on 10/19/2021. There is no way for us to place an order for you. You have to enter your credit card information on the checkout page and hit the submit my order button. Without you doing this, no order would be placed. We have no way of knowing your credit card information, nor can we go to your checkout page and force the order through.

      Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed.       As mentioned in my original complaint; the amount was disputed with my bank but they ended up rejecting it because you were able to prove you had my information and that it shipped.  So, they did give you the money.

      Oct 31 2021 I answered an ad for a "free 30 day trial' of these StrongKeto pills . They charged me $198.78 and $49.68 that very minute . I saw that and called right back and told them to stop it and that it was supposed to be a free trial . They did not refund my money . I had to dispute it with the bank . On November 1 2021 the bank gave me credit for the charges but reversed it on November 26 2021 . I called the bank and again they gave me credit for the transaction . Now months later on March 3 2022 they have reversed it again and KetoStrong took the money again . I have nothing at all for this money almost $250.00 and I have nothing at all .

      I ordered Ketostrong from a website online on November 5th . I received the product on November 8th. I wrote a letter and returned the the product on November 26th. I called customer service several time to see when a refund would be issued. **************** said 2 weeks. After 2 weeks with no refund, I placed the amounts into dispute with my credit card company. They addressed the dispute and proved that I had received the product but have no knowledge of return or my letter. I did not ship it insured because I used their mailing label. I did pay the postage. I have called several times, requested a supervisor and still nothing. This company owes me $119.49 and $49.68. Do not order from this company. FRAUD is their policy.

      Strong Keto obtained my address and credit card number and charged my credit card for $300, of which I did not authorized nor purchased.I have tried multiple times to request a return label so that I can send these bottles of pills back to the company, I did not want them.Strong Keto refused to give me a returned label and told me I would be responsible since the merchandises were delivered to my mail box, I tried explaining I did not want them and called my credit card company to dispute the charges.While charges were in dispute, I contacted the merchant again to return the unopened bottles of pills, I was told then it had been more then 30 days and now I cant return them at all.I want to file a complaint of fraud against Keto Strong.They stole my information and credit card and I had to spend a lot of time to try and straighten the situation out when it was totally none of my doing.I had to cancel my credit card due to this fraud and theft.Companies should NOT be able to do this to anyone, Im sure Im not the only person this has happened to, I wish to take further action against this company for fraud and theft.I would like it noted this company is stealing personal information and finance information to conduct their business.Although Im sure it does happen to many people, it needs to stop.People need to know and be protected against such businesses like these.

      I ordered Keto Strong supplements (only that and no other products ) on 10/25/21 and was charged for Keto Strong supplements and Garcinia Detox as well. I did not complain immediately because I was intending to send back the supplement if they did not appear to work. When I purchased I was told I have 90 days for full refund, even if bottles were opened. I have been trying to determine how to return and get a refund and was placed on hold by a third party hired to manage phone calls. They *******, the customer care representative and ******* the call center manager have since told me that it is "a 30 day return for refund" not the 90 days offered at the point of purchase.They will not tell me the name of the company that accepted my money or how to contact them. I have been mislead and am a victim of fraud. By looking at my bank account statement I was able to see the name Keto Strong and the location of ******, *******. When I typed this into the BBB website it was already there with complaints and poor reviews. Clearly they have been up to their misleading customers and public deceit for some time.The product was shipped from:PO ******************************************************** The product was shipped 11/1/2021 Order Number : ******* for $159.85 3 bottles of Keto Strong Order Number: ******* for $49.68 2 bottles of Garcinia Detox (which was never ordered by me)I have 4 unopened bottles to return and they will not tell me how to do so.       After considering this product for some time, I went to the site and was presented with 3 purchasing options. I choose the option to purchase 3 bottles @ $39.76 each and receive 2 bottles free of charge. I expected to receive 5 bottles in total. I expected to be charged $119.28 on my Mastercard.Several minutes later I received an email confirming my order. I reviewed the email and discovered that my Mastercard had been charged $198.78. Order #*******.I immediately called the displayed phone number displayed on the website of **************. No one answered. I hung up and checked the number and called again. Still no answer.I immediately called my Mastercard provider and explained the problem. The agent asked me if I'd contacted the seller and I replied that I'd attempted to and provided to phone number. My Mastercard issuer provided me with a different phone number of ************** associated with their account. I called that number, got someone to answer, and explained the problem. Their response to me was that their company policy is not not issue refunds. I then stated that I wanted to cancel my order completely and was again told that their company policy is not to cancel orders or issue refunds.I've since attempted to go back to the website but it no longer exists. The same website design is there but the product name has changed. In several weeks of searching, I've never been able to find the website that I placed the order on, but, I've discovered the exact website with different web hoists and different product names... I've cross-referenced the email address and phone number to a different ad. ************ is:Bigady Star Venturing LLC *************************************************** ***************** ************ has changed it's website hoist and product names several times in the past several weeks. ************ is a operating a scam and people should know...I just would like my entire purchase amount refunded. ************ is a scam.

      Purchased this product in October 2021. My account was charged on 10/22/21 in the amount of $59.74. I called them to get a RMA # That number is *****************. I have called 4 times, left messages and emailed them.The last email I got from them this morning they ask for the tracking number of the return, I have provided them 4 times. On 11/30/21 I was told product was being sanitized for restocking and the refund would be issued. Here it is 12/24/21 and still no refund. According to the tracking number , they received the product back on 11/08/21. They promised a no hassle refund policy upon sale. They keep telling me they have not been informed of the return of the product, I would like my money back. I have about decided these people are scamming the public.Can you help?*********************************

      I placed on order on 11/06 and I still have not received the product nor any shipping information. I called to complain on 12/02 and I emailed them. Their first email response was that I entered my address incorrectly (not true), but the agent on the phone said it was their mistake and the order had gotten overlooked. When I emailed them back with this information, they changed their tune and said they are shipping me out the product and I will have it within 3-5 business days. (I am local to them in GA). After I insisted, they also said they will give me a $20 partial refund because of the insane amount of time I have been waiting. I still have not received the product or the partial refund. Their response now is that it is taking longer for cleanliness reasons, which is ridiculous. There was never an indication on their website that shipping would take this long, and they promised to me within 5 days (that was 12 days ago). I have been waiting almost a month and a half for 2 bottles of product. This company appears fraudulent. They refuse to provide any shipping information or tracking number of any kind. I want a full refund. I have the complete email chain documenting everything.

      I ordered Keto Strong in October 2021 as they offered 2 bottles for $59.00. when I was checking out, they automatically added a detox for $198. and charged my account! I immediately called them but they never answered. I called my credit card company to see what my options were as the charge was already pending. The credit card company suggested I close the account and open a new one and file a dispute. As soon as I activated the new card, the charge was pending again. The ******************* determined that since I did place the order, they closed the dispute and notified the company. Since then, I have been requesting instructions to return the product and get a refund. I receive the same email telling me since I have filed a dispute they can't do anything. Even though they have been paid. They suggested I conference call them with the bank, but they don't answer their phone. I would like to return the product and receive a full refund. Had they not added the $198. charge for a detox that I didn't order, I would not be writing this. Please help!

      The merchant is totally incorrect and has skewed the information they are sharing to their advantage.  

      1. There is no dispute going on with my bank.  The merchant was paid in full.  I did dispute the charges and my bank came back and said because I made the purchase, I could not dispute the charges.  I accepted their decision and merchant was paid 10/10/2021. 

      2.  I have been attempting to contact them by phone - no one ever answers - and by email.  The email I receive continues to use the excuse that I am disputing the charges.  Now the emails are saying I am past the time limit to make a return.  

      3.  As for the charges - The offer was buy 2 bottles for $49.68 (this is what I was charged and PAID).  At check out, an offer popped up to add a detox.  This is not something I wanted, however, there was NO option to reject this offer!  My assumption was at checkout, I would be able to review my order and cancel the detox.  NOPE - the charge went thru immediately.  All $198.78 of it!!!  There was no misunderstanding!  This is when I contacted my credit card and asked what my options were.  Because I was charged and they were paid, the only thing I could do was cancel the card and have a new one issued.  So, I did this.  When the new card arrived and I activated it, this was the first charge to pop up!  

      4.  There was NEVER an explanation the "deal" of buying 3 bottles and 2 for free.  It was buy 2 at the discounted price. In a nutshell - it's a scam.

      5.  I want to return the product - all unopened  - and expect a refund.  The merchant has been less than professional and honest in this matter.

We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.
