Keto-Strong company has a deceptive online ordering process. Consumers have to give personal information and credit card info, before ever seeing a price for the product. Never do you see what's in your cart/order, or what you are being charged for, until receiving an e-mail. When reviewing my e-mail, there was product that I did not want or add to to the order. Immediately after receiving the e-mail, I replied back within 5 minutes and stated that I did not want the added product. Keto-Strong replied back that I should have noticed the decline button under the continue button, so it was an approved purchase. This is the first online company that has NEVER provided an itemized invoice for all listed purchases, prior to finalizing the purchase, so any unwanted items could be removed. I have sent three e-mails, and one phone call to Keto-Strong, stating that I did not want the deceptive add-on product. Keto-Strong had five days prior to shipping, to remove the item and refund our chargesInitial Complaint

Received and email that an order had been placed for $149.98 and am additional $49.98 for an add on product. I did NOT order these products. I immediately emailed a request to cancel order and initiate refund. I called the customer service number and left a detailed message per instructions, after 20 minutes. I continued to make several attempts to call. Finally reached a human 21 hours later. Notified her I did not order the products and wanted to cancel the order with a full refund. Was told I could not. She offered me a partial refund. I told her no, I wanted to cancel the order and receive a full refund. 10 minutes later, I spoke with her "boss", who again offered a partial refund. I was instructed to wait until I received the products and call back to initiate a return. Was told I would not receive a full refund and she would not tell me how much of a refund I would receive. I did not order this product and want a full refund
