    Bought a car in May of 2023 and the car has broken down within a month (end of June). Total engine failure a it costs 5000 in repairs. Update 2 (November) : we called **** back, tried to see if we could do a trade since the vehicle we bought from them lasted a month, we did take the car back to the lot, we misunderstood how the trading car thing worked, so he (**** ) told us hed call me back after the appraisal of the car, and he never did. Never communicated a word. We tried calling, no answers. We were completely willing to trade for another WORKING vehicle. And yes we were aware it would add on to our current loan. Fast forward (we ended up going out of town) when we got back, apparently he calls my mother practically threatening her to pick up the car. Which is so frustrating, when that wasnt the initial plan. So we just gave the car back to the bank. This entire process and communication back and forth has been nothing short of stressful. And they were extremely unprofessional about the entire issue. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. And if you go here to get a car and leave without a car, consider it dodging a bullet

    I want to buy a van from them. I found the van but decided that I was going to wait to purchase a van in 2025 instead. I provided a $500 to hold the vehicle, that was to refunded if I changed my mind. After 30 days I have yet to receive my refund. I have made numerous calls, text messages asking for my money. This is so unprofessional. I don't recommend doing business with them. They treat their customers like commodities.

    I would like to inform you that I purchased a 2020 ****** Equinox, on July the 11th here it is July. The 29th my transmission computer have failed. I tried speaking with them yesterday. Ticket to the diagnostics today and the salesman who sold me the car. Said that he is on it and he would call me back in 20 minutes. But haven't done so I just want them to make this right if the transmission was the problem, they shouldn't have sold it to people on purpose It is not comfortable being responsible for payments on a vehicle that you just bought, and you have no means of transportation to get 42 miles away from where you live to get to work. I was expecting reliable transportation

    We purchased a ****** Frontier from First Choice Autos in April of 2024. After driving the vehicle 468 miles, the engine stalled on the highway and we had to get it towed. The mechanic that took it in immediately noticed that the airbag sensor on the dash was turned off and that the seatbelt buckles were sucked in, indicating an accident had occurred and the airbags deployed. Upon further evaluation, it was discovered that the car was in a rollover crash and the air bags had been cut out afterward and NOT REPLACED. Note that the CarFax they gave us came back clean.I informed First Choice of the major problems with the vehicle and the manager, *******, was unbelievably rude and did not offer to help in any way. In fact, he ended up hanging up on us without offering any solutions. Note that it is ILLEGAL to sell a car without airbags in ******* and we will now be filing a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General and pursing legal action.For proof, I have the mechanic's diagnostic report available to share that shows the critical airbag fault codes that First Choice would have known about prior to selling us the vehicle.

    Bought a car and extended warranty on 2017 ***** Sonic. It was a fleet vehicle that had some minor attachments that were not removed prior to sell. It also didnt have a spare key. I tried to get one made 4 times at different dealerships and none would work on that car. I had to get emissions before I could get a tag. It failed. I went back to 1st choice and somehow within minutes I had a emissions certificate from the back of a van in the parking lot. I should have ran as fast as I could at that point. (shady to say the least.) A month or so later the check engine light comes on, the tire warning lights are on it was running really bad.I took it to a dealership to get it fixed and all the warranty paid for was the check engine light. $1200 worth of work and it only paid $200. I was told at least 8 times that it was bumper to bumper coverage. I requested a refund for the remaining time on the warranty and was told I would receive the check within 5 to 6 weeks. I have called and called and no one returns my calls and now Ive been dealing with this for over 2 months. Still no refund.

    Believe me when I say the service is horrible it is. I really don't feel like writing all the details of what happened but I would definitely say turn around and go somewhere else. Save yourself time and money. If you don't believe go purchase and let time tell.

    1st Choice auto sold me a vehicle which had some major issues. There no way they did not know about these issues. Called the dealership and was told I would have to speak with the owner. Could never reach the owner.
