    This place has the poorest communication hands down riding around in a car that has not been approved for the loan and the payment was due today according paperwork. Now apparently have to try something else a month later this should've been taken care of in the first week of knowing it wasn't approved. If I could give this place a million negative stars I would this is not business is ran nor customer service. I would never recommend anyone to do business here

    Purchased a vehicle from Tiger Auto and they gave 30-day temporary tags. It's now over 60 days and can't get any tags and cannot drive the car. Called Tiger and they keep giving the runaround and switching me to different people. Then one person said they had a problem with one of their previous workers who didn't take care of the paperwork. She said to call her back on Monday but that's her day off. Now keep calling and going up there and no one is doing anything about it and doesn't want to give back the $3000 down to return the car, although it can't be driven and still make payments. I am now getting lawyers involved to get this resolved. It has been nothing but issues from day one. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!

    I have been with the company for almost 2 years. Today, while I was out my car, was repossessed in error. I made my payment in full right before the next payment was due. Somehow the payment didn't post and the system did not show the payment that was made. I was in no way past due when they came to get the vehicle. When I called the sales team, after having to be cut off and basically arguing with the agent to explain why it was an error and that it was paid. He then put me on hold and told me I could come get the car as long as I pay my current balance. So I paid as directed, I was looking for acknowledgement of the error, there was none over the phone. (never got that) So I then got dropped off at the sales building. When I arrived the manager still was trying to collect $450.00 for repo fees. I then had to explain again what happened. The guy I was on the phone with before I came was sitting right there and still didn't tell the manager what happened. When the manager was caught up to speed he then stood up and pointed ACROSS the STREET to tell me my car was around the corner. I am experienced enough to know that most companies don't even want you to know where they keep the repo cars. Anyway, mind you it's 100 degrees and mind you I have my daughter with me. They didn't even have the decency to come and bring the car across the street to me. So my daughter and I walked over there to only find my vehicle blocked in. So then I have to walk back over across the street to tell them that the other car needs to be moved. I still have no acknowledgement from the manager or no one from this company. I then called over an employee and began to tell him what was going on. Then the manager decides to interrupt me to tell me. He doesn't want to apologize because I am upset. then proceeds to tell me how he doesn't care and walks off. This is very unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OR VISIT THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ABOUT YOUR TAG AND REGISTRATION. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY, THEY HAVE CON ARTISTS WORKING FOR THEM AND THEY KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO MANIPULATE THE PAPERWORK. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. PLEASE READ OVER YOUR PAPERWORK AND TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU WHO KNOWS HOW TO NEGOTIATE AND READ IN BETWEEN THE LINES OF A SMOOTH TALKER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY ARGUING WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU WONT GET A REFUND OR A HONEST ANSWER, YOU WILL BE SENT TO VOICEMAIL CONSTANTLY AND TOLD 50 DIFFERENT LIES EACH TIME YOU VISIT, THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER TO CONFUSE YOU AND LEAVE YOU WITH MORE QUESTIONS THAN ANYTHING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.!!!!!!

    I had to take my vehicle soon after purchase. I can't ever get anyone to answer a phone. I was guaranteed ***** dollars down and plenty to choose from. They had 4 vehicles and wanted another 500 down stating it was a nicer vehicle, not true. I have also an agreement to replace the front windshield, rear antenna , and the rear wiper was broke off. Divorced father with 3 girls, I have to have transportation for them and to get to work which is costing more. I just want someone to be professional enough to call, or offer a different vehicle, the original down payment amount , and or a loner. The vehicle is a lemon. Had to fill completely the coolant twice a day. The radio stopped working, the vehicle started to quit and not want to go. And to top it off in almost two weeks I haven't heard anything. This needs to be reconciled. I am losing money, almost my job , and precious time with my daughters.
