I was seen at ****** *********** to be told that I should go to the emergency room around 3 pm. I proceeded to the Eastside Emergency (south campus) and was checked in and triaged. About 30 minutes later a nurse came out to say that they didn't have an ultrasound machine to check for blood clots. She told me I could wait 4 hours to be transported to main campus or someone could drive me there. I told her my husband would take me there but put in the notes that I am coming for an ultrasound. I get to Eastside main campus around 5:30 to be checked in around 6pm and there was no record I had been to the other campus still wearing my hospital band . Check in and wait in the waiting room for about 1.5 hours and then go to financial. After completing the finance part I go back to waiting room for about 1 hour and then get put in a room to wait another hour and 45 minutes. I walk out to the desk and ask if anyone was soon to come in and the nurse stated that it was her room and they did not tell her they put anyone in there. She stated she would be right in after giving another room meds. She never showed up. I wait another hour and go back to the nurse station and another nurse stated that the doctor ordered an ultrasound and they are waiting on the tech. 45 minutes later a tech shows up and complete the test and says there is no blood clot. She said the doctor should be in shortly this was around 10:45. Around 11:45 no one showed up and I left. Completely unacceptable this is not emergency`service and should be addressed!
