    I don't know what happened to this business. *** Leclair was great for many years but is now completely unresponsive as to why tax returns have not been filed with the **** If you're looking for someone to do your tax filing, find someone else.

    *** has done our taxes for 25 years and was great. But this year was so different. I called 10 times from different numbers, always having to leave a message and NEVER got a return phone call. I even had other people call and they never have received a call back. Professionalism has truly gone out the window. I also sent 4 emails and never got responses. I had to seek out someone new to help with taxes and am very glad I did. I would not advise anyone to use LeClair and Martin.
