    I had a bumper put on and painted, after several months, the bumper is sliding off,and the paint is peeling.

    I am really tired of the BBB sending complaints from other locations. We had an A until the last few years. Our score is now down to a d because of all the complaints from other locations. We are only ONE location. Stockbridge Ga. We are not in any other state. We would greatly appreciate it if BBB would correct this and our score. We have about 50 complaints that is NOT ours. Please fix both these issues.

    My husband took the Dodge Durango there to be painted black. The paint job was supposed to take a week per Maaco. It took longer. It took several days more than the week. They initially said it would take when we pick the car up. I opened the passenger side door my eyes immediately started burning I close the door. My husband started the car to let the air circulate after we got in the car about 20 minutes later I started to feel really nauseous and my head started hurting really bad we had to turn the air conditioner off because the paint smell was coming through the vents extremely strong on the 25 minute drive home. It got worse, there were also several issues with the paint job. It was not done correctly. I called Maaco spoke with the manager ****, who said he was going to have the owner give me a call which the owner never did. I told **** we no longer want to do business with them. not acceptable that we are sick and the car cannot be driven now for 30 days due to the smell, its a health risk for us to be in that car. We no longer want to do business with Maaco. Weve asked for a full refund and a call from the owner in *****. We do not want to work with the manager. I want the owner to contact us and refund us back this is not acceptable. It only allowed me to upload three photos. I have 10 I also have medical records from where I had to go to the doctor as well. My husband cannot drive that car because he also has headaches as well and was advised per the doctor. He should not be in that car. Maaco told us its going to be like that for the next 30 days.

    We are tired of responding to these complaints. We have reached out to BBB to correct this. Our rating is a D, all because we are getting complaints for all over the **. We are in *********** GA, and *********** only. We are NOT affiliated with any other location. I have asked that the BBB correct this, but they still have not. You guys don't have a problem sending complaints that don't belong to us, but will not correct who they should go to. It would be GREAT if BBB would contact us and fix this, as they are the ones sending ALL Maaco complaints here.

    My car was illegally towed by the company. The car was towed to the location and dropped offon August 14th about midday. I was told then that they might not have an estimate the same day since my Escalade ESV had not been dropped off first thing in the morning. Early afternoon I checked again but they still weren't sure. Late afternoon I received a call telling me that there's were mechanical issues with my vehicle. I called my mechanic who had worked on it. He then called the shop and told me after that ***** had been rude to him and cursed him out. I called ***** and she was rude to me also, using the F-word repeatedly and calling me a smart-ass repeatedly as well. I have no idea where this hostile behavior came from. She then told me at 4:37pm that I needed to get my car right now or she would have it towed. That location closes st 5pm. That was not a reasonable time for me to arrange to get the car towed. They sent me an estimate after telling me to pick up the car immediately. It was impossible to get the car towed within twenty minutes and I told them repeatedly that they did not have permission to tow my car. But they had it towed regardless. I had to get it from the impound the next morning which cost me $228. I want to be reimbursed for my unnecessary expenses.

    This complaint is bogus. The *** was dropped off in the morning, which is the ONLY truth to this statement. The real story is, the vehicle would NOT start, even to get off tow truck. We were not informed that it was being towed in. We got owners name from tow truck driver. ***** called the owner immediately about this issue. She was very loud to *****, stating she just had it repaired and there is no reason it would have a bad battery. (IMMEDIATELY she was called. Zero gas. We had to BUY gas just to start vehicle, after baving charged  battery. ALL the lights were on the dash, which, again, we called the owner. Her mechanic called accusing us of causing the damage. I told him that this was between him and his customer. I NEVER cussed at him. I told him he needed to deal with her, not us. Then the owner called back, accusing us of the mechanical issues. She stated that she does not believe it was brought to us on empty, as her "trusted" mechanic said so. I seen exactly where this was going. I knew they were trying to blame us for all this damage. We had not even moved her ***, only put gas in, charged and took all the photos, exactly where they left it. This all being before lunch. I told her we were not comfortable with the vehicle being here and it needed to be picked up by 5. Almost 5 hours. She refused to pick it up. I told her, if it is not picked up by 5, we will have it towed off the premises and to ******** tow yard. We were not going to be responsible for her ***. There were lots of mechanical issues and lots of body damage. (photos taken). I seen where this was going with her, blaming us. She hadn't seen her *** in 2 months, she said. So all these damages she was not aware of, and we were getting blamed. We have every right to have a vehicle removed, which we have signs stating this. And for the record, I did NOT use the f word to her, but after several calls, her yelling at us and accusing us of damage, I did call her a smart ***, and that was it. We will NOT be paying her tow bill. She had 5 hours to have it picked up.

    I went to Maaco located on **************** in ***********, ** to get an estimate for a minor repair. The person whom says she is the owner took my estimate paperwork that I filled out and tore it up and threw it at me out the door and locked the door behind her. I told her why did you do that. She opened the door and said, "We don't do business with your kind" then she slammed the door behind her and locked it. I was shocked to say the least. I have never been denied business from anywhere because of my race. I have never been so disrespected by anyone like this ***** character did me on today. She is a racist and needs to be put out of business.

    My name is ***** and I am one if the owners of this location. This lady is telling a complete lie. She was VERY rude to our estimator, who is a very kind humble young lady. We tried to do everything we could to make this lady happy. She was furious that we asked her to fill our her name, address and phone, which is required to print an estimate. Then she proceeded to get very irate because we had to get her VIN, which we also need in order to get labor time on her damage. She was very rude and hateful, from the time she walked in and we asked her to fill our her information. I kindly asked her to leave. I simply told her, that she can go elsewhere. I locked the door. She was at the door yelling I was a racist "B". She yelled this 6 x, before I opened the door and told her she needed to leave or I would call the police to have her removed. I did NOT cuss at this lady, throw anything or disrespect her in any way. She spoke to us like we were the dirt beneath her feet and when I refused to give her and estimate, she threw the racist comments. She made threats to come back and that she was not done with us. We will not tolerate hatefulness, from anyone.

    After contacting MAACO 30 days prior, I dropped off my 95 Yukon for a Paint and Body work. Vehicle was not started on day it was delivered, actually started working on it on previous day off delivery. Yukon had to be re-painted. for some reason; they had a run, and wrinkle on paint. Took them almost 3 days before they started to work again on her. Yukon was delivered un-finished. Rear View mirrors, fender transition pieces, above the tail lights were sanded yet not painted. Thier main painter is home on bed rest due to medical procedure. MAACO surely has other painters to complete Jobs. If not why schedule any Job? Per *************** office manager / former Lead Painter; He wont touch my Vehicle due to personal issue with me. Had I known, I would have gone to another ************ shop. MAACO should refund our payment in full. Per his Attitude, How can I trust this location to paint our vehicle a 3rd time?

    For the 100th time. BBB needs to send these complaints to right locations. You have Stockbridge GA with a D score, because of ALL the complaints that are NOT ours. There is over 20 complaints you send to ** for other locations. We have 1, yes 1 complaint and that was not even a customer,yet, who got mad because she called and was put on hold "without" music for 62 seconds. PLEASE BBB get this right and FIX OUR rating.     I want to Maaco paint and body shop to get my Infiniti paint they did a bad job paying so I called the corporate office. The corporate office called them and said they were reach out to me, but they never did. I took it to Meiko on airline day. It was my estimated personal no one ever got back to me and it seem like they dont care about the problem, I dont care if they redo it I would but I had overspray paint on it. I got orange peel paint that I like it need to be buffed that Im missing a piece on my way. It is an unprofessional **** , I dont care if they redo it or what but I had overspray paint on it.     The Maaco car shop located at ******************************************************** had my car for a small touch up that was to be finished in one business day. Maybe 3. The shop had my car for six days total, and everyday the manager told me they should get to it, only to find out my car was not done. I had to pick it up today and of course since its been prepped for three days, I now have to drive around with the paint scraped off my hood , and keep bringing the car back every week until its done. This process is draining, and ridiculous , and costing me money in Lyft fees .

    A person is a 4 year warrant they won't honor for your warranty because they said they don't pay vehicles that's 20 years old

    I was involved in a automotive accident my suv was at maaco for over a year having work done to it. After work was done I complained to manager about loud sound coming from engine. Explaining to him car never sounded this loud. Months passed I get a call suv was finished. Sound was still there, I took car to get inspected however inspection informed me I had an exhaust leak in front.
