    I had my wheels resealed by this company like a month ago and have spent money with them on more than once. Well the wheel I had resealed started leaking again. When I went to ask them what can be done about it and he just looked at me like nothing can be done but I just spent money with you. So I took the wheel to ***************** **** 85 *****************************. I dealt with a ****** and she sent me video of the wheel where you see that the wheel was not completely sealed. So I really want a refund because I didn't not get what I paid for. I don't have the receipt right now but I can produce them if needed.

    On January 10, 2022 I purchase new tires from ***** at AWS for a rarely driven 2018 Maserati Ghibli. At the time I purchase the new tires from AWS the vehicle had ****** miles on it. After purchasing the tires I took the vehicle to *********************************** for service and the tech informed me that I needed new rear tires. This was roughly 3 months and 900 miles later. I instantly took the vehicle back to AWS. ***** was extremely rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say. Keep in mind the rear tires were completely bald to the point that it was extremely dangerous to drive the vehicle in the rain which my wife had to do. ***** didn't care to the point where he walked away. Even another employee stated that the tires were bad.I then took the vehicle to Discount Tire in Stockbridge and the manager of the store informed me that the rear tires that were put on my vehicle were THE WRONG SIZE. The tires that were installed on the rear by AWS were size 275/45/20. The size that should've been installed were 285/35/20. This is a safety hazard and ***** at AWS didn't want to hear anything I had to say. All I wanted were the tires replaced. I told him the tires must have been defective because there is no way they would be completely bald after less than ***** miles. I am a disabled veterans in my 50s so I don't burn or spin out tires. I drive very conservatively and my wife is the same. We have a 3 year grandson that lives with us as well. My entire family was in danger riding on bald tires that were installed less than ***** miles ago in ATL where it rains pretty often. Not only did the owner of the business didn't care about the safety of one of his customers, he didn't even listen to the fact that HE installed the wrong size tires on my vehicle.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always appreciate customer reviews. You did by your tires with us. We installed 285/35R20 Fortune tires. These are the least expensive tire that we could get for you per your request. This also the original factory size for that year make and model. When you can back you where very aggressive and stated that  our techs put on used tires. After the tires where inspected you stated that they where defective.  All the while getting more aggressive.  When told that you  had indications that someone had been doing burn outs (spinning the tires), you started using profanity and that is not tolerated with any of our staff. We are always here to help very customer to the best of our ability. We hope this helps any future customer.
