Delta Plumbing had 2 techinicians come out and repair a sewer line for me, before they left I could hear a lot of banging around down in my crawl space, Im not sure what they were doing. After their repair I went down into my crawl space and noticed that there was a HUGE puddle of water and there was water dripping from the pipe. I called Delta plumbing and told them it was leaking. They sent the same 2 techinicians out and they told me the leak was coming from the toilet from a broken wax seal which they did not want to repair. I knew it was not like that before and when I researched it myself, I found that when working on a sewer line it was common for the seal of the toilet to start to leak especially when repair is near the toilet which it was. ******* told me 3 different times that I should just have someone repair it, that it was only 2 bolts, I told him I did not have anyone to repair it, as I have recently lost my husband and couldnt understand why he did to want to repair a problem that he caused by his repair of my sewer line? He finally agreed to repair it reluctantly he wanted to charge me $300 !! I called the office and they had him repair it and did not charge me. When I had sent ******* the information about the wax seal leaking from sewer repair, his response to me was HA HA. After ******* repaired the was seal on my toilet I immediately noticed a rather loud dripping in the back of my toilet. I called the office and let them know right away as that was DEFINATELY not happeing before, they sent a tech out and wanted to charge me for this repair . This was Caused by Brandons repair of my wax seal on my toilet, whether he did it purposely or incompetetantly , I do not know. I do know that my toilet was NOT doing this before. I called the owner ***** and he stated that they were not going to repair this. He did not seem to care that I told him I had recently lost my husband and should not be having to deal with this. He didnt seem to care!!

Although, Delta Plumbing does not believe this was associated with the original work, Delta will come out free of charge and fix said toilet, in an effort to provide customer satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:

I had to have the entire toilet replaced after what they did. Yes it was caused by their technician whether they would like to admit it or not. It cost me over $500 to purchase a brand new toilet and have a plumber replace the one that was not reparable after their technician damaged it.  They should rememberse me for the damage they caused and the money it cost me.

I have provided here the receipt for my purchase of a new toilet and the installation. I had Toto rooter come out and they quoted me over $700 to replace the damaged toilet. I declined and instead chose to purchase a new toilet and have a contractor *** used before install it. My toilet was perfect try fine until Delta plumbings technician came and replaced wax ring after flooding in my crawlspace after first repair they did. I provided delta with proof and a video of the loud dripping leaking caused by them. They refused to acknowledge that their technician caused this and wanted to charge me more money. Im having trouble uploading my receipts here. Is there another way to upload these receipts, this message is not accepting them

I called Delta Plumbing, Inc. on Tuesday morning for a tech to come out to my home to look into my sewage line and check it because I have water backing up into the house. I asked the young lady that set up the call was there a charge for that, and she said, "no". Well, to my surprise when the techs showed up and I showed them where they can go into the sewage line, they told me it's almost a $400.00 charge. When I explained to them what I was told, they told me the estimate is free not looking down the sewage line. Well, I used my credit card ending in #**** to pay it. The guys were very nice and professional, even the customer svs *** was nice. It was just a breakdown in communication. If I was told when I asked it would be that charge, I would've waited. I am a previous customer. You guys did a great job ***lacing my fresh water supply line at my other home at ********************************************.

There was a leak from the main water line outside our house, In April 2024 Delta the educated Plumber was hired to resolve the problem; a deposit of $100 was given leaving an outstanding bill of $3350 for the waterline repair. Instead of making the necessary repair outside, the plumber created large holes inside our house by routing a replacement line through the side of the house, the interior closet walls and ceiling, along the entire length of the den ceiling and holes in utility closet and garage wall, now leaving all areas unrepaired and exposed. The president came on site same day, examined the damage, spoke to the plumber and advised me they would take care of the holes. After the water line was replaced, The plumber stated he didnt do dry wall. The company sent property medic to estimate the work. Property medic verified who was paying, which was acknowledged by Delta to be them. Our statement of work did not include entering the house and creating holes, removing ceiling along wall of den. Property medics provided a partial estimate for us to pay $2500 for closet repairs. No estimate for the ceiling being removed in ****** provided. When we asked why the change in direction they called Delta, and has since not responded to calls from us. Several calls made to Delta to rectify this issue with none returned to date. We turned this over to our insurance company who has also made several calls to both Delta and property medics with no response. We are requesting Delta plumbing return our home to its original state which was without holes in ceiling and walls of closets, hole in garage wall and most importantly the removal of ceiling from end to end in our den.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Delta Plumbing Advertises septic system pumping for $199. On May 10, 2023, I called to verify the price and schedule service. When the workers arrived, dug up the tank and uncovered the access, they quoted me $2200 for work I didn't ask for. They wanted to change a drain pipe that was functional and install risers that weren't required. They added a charge of $250 for pumping wipes and toilet paper and stated the $199 was just for pumping liquid. I asked if they would just pump the tank for what was now $449 and they refused. I wasn't told any of this when I asked during my call with them, wasted several hours and rearranged my day to be home. This entire process was deceptive and dishonest.
