    *** asked for months for repairs for my tub leaking and now is growing mold. My refrigerator has gone bad and my groceries along with it. I waited for hours for a replacement only to have one brought to me full of maggots. I have called the office and emailed several times and have gotten no response. I have walked to the office several Times only to have no one answer the door. Ive been patient but I have children and things are getting worse in my apartment. Refrigerator is not cold freezer is not freezing and I cannot afford to replace my groceries. Ive had to throw away over $100 worth of food and no one in the office is trying to make things better.

    Im hoping you can assist me. I just moved in to my current apartment complex in August. The name of the apartments are Midwood Gardens (***************************************************************). This complex moved me and my 4 year old daughter into a ***** infested unit and theyre still not doing what needs to be done to get rid of this infestation. Ive been patient Ive been understanding and now Im begging and pleading for them to move me to another unit, end my lease without penalty, or simply handle this ***** infestation properly. It is so bad the roaches are coming through the vents and all. I moved in August and ** still having the exact same issues. I have proof of me going back and forth with them for months and I also have receipts of me spending lots of money on pesticides to try and rectify this issue myself. Ive been reaching out to management to complain and all they do is lie and rush me off the phone and now theyre just simply ignoring me. If you could please assist me or refer me to someone who can, it would really mean a lot!
