            I took my truck to the dealership for a diagnosis And they told me they get back to me. I didnt hear from them for a while. They sent me a video about some work that needs to be done. They sent me a quote for 6700+ another fourth thousand For labor and I said no and today I called him up to pay what I thought I owe them about $600 and they want 5000. They said that the part was supposed to take 10 days to arrive.

            Horrible customer service!! I didnt get an advisor until I came in person. They let my car get rained on and they didnt clean it good enough. I still have water in my car from days ago. My car stinks !

            The vehicle was towed in without the back tops on a Jeep Wrangler and had zero power due to a blown fuse and battery due to prior work completed by another company. We could not even jump start the car due to its condition. The service manager and the advisor went out in the middle of a thunderstorm to try and cover the vehicle. Our General Manager had spoken with her as well and was nice enough to give her a floor mat from one of our cars.
