    No services provided , its been 11 months of getting hung up , not being answered and nobody listening to what is being explained

    I filed for disability for my daughter ******************** august 25,2023 now it is April 10th. Thr case worker never sent the medical release form to the doctor ****** first physician group I have call her for 6 months and she has not picked up the phone one time. I have called the ****** also. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE ****** My entire family has called all day and no one has picked up. My daughter needs her funds and money they owe me *****. Not only that but they never sent the medical release forms to her pediatrician so we could start receiving disability. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT ANSWER THE ***** I REPEAT THEY DO NOT ANSWER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am sickened there are kids with disabilities and no one is answering the phone. No email. No nothing I will get he news channel involved also. My daughter deserves her funds. No supervisor no nothing just unprofessional. I called 100 times April 10th. No answer. They need to shut this place down and send her medical release forms to the correct fax which is: **********. And give my child her funds. And they dont even let you leave a message. Im calling the news.
