The reason for my complaint is my group (4 people) left our paintings at the ************** location on ************************************************************************************************** to dry based on the recommendation of a staff member on November 17, 2023, after a paid 1hr session of $39.99 ea. Now we are unable to collect our artwork because the location only holds the artwork for 14 days. The problem is we were never told about the 14-day time frame. I contacted Spin Art ****** three days after our visit which was the Tuesday (November 21, 2023) before Thanksgiving, and I was told they were closed. My coworker stopped by the location on December 2, 2023, during business hours again the location was closed, and he waited to see if the location would open, it remained closed. I called again December 15, 2023, to see if the artwork could be picked up this weekend December *****, 2023, when I was informed for the first time, they no longer had the artwork and only hold it for 14 days.The staff member mentioned the 14 days information was on the SpinArt ****** Waiver. I have reviewed and saved the waiver and that information is not included; not one of us in my group were aware of this supposed policy. The staff member never mentioned the 14-day holding period when she said we could leave our artwork at the location to dry. Had she mentioned the 14-day period, we would have made sure to keep trying to pick up the artwork within that time frame. Its completely unacceptable to leave out this important information and its poor customer service. We spent $40 for an hour session and do not have our artwork. This is poor customer service, and an error on SpinArt ****** part. We should either receive a total refund, artwork, or another painting session.
