      Please stay away from Laugh and Learn. I accepted enrollment there and after 1 week I decided this is definitely not the place for my child. I was told they would have a educational curriculum for my 2 yr old. There wasnt. Turns out its merely a babysitter. The kids just sit in a room and play all day with no kind of daily structure for learning anything. My daughter attended 5 days and I only met/seen her teacher 1 of those days. Teacher was never there at drop off or pickup. Always not there yet or left early. Other staff member would babysit when shes not there. So we moved on from them. Thats when things went south. Via phone call Friday after end of 1st and only week. Informed not returning was told need it in writing and that we would still get auto debited for the next 2 weeks. Sent email that Monday so can have in writing and I confirmed in paperwork yes they would charge 2 more weeks. No complaint. Following week received 1st charge. Next week for some reason the tuition went up by $100 for her last payment. I asked why and they stated oh we never charged you a registration fee. 3 weeks later wants to charge a registration fee all of a sudden. So they charged me extra without any notice and the auto debit bounced of course because I didnt put an extra $100 in the account. They still didnt notify my just ran it again now with another $30 extra dollars because of return payment. I spoke with the school director who apologized and confirm why the extra charges and said she will work to reimburse cause they should have notified us before putting extra charges on there causing insufficient funds fee by my bank and a return fee from Laugh and Learn. Said she would get back to me. A week went by still no communication from Laugh and Learn. Stay away if you leave they will charge you extra with no notification and not respond to your phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional. Altogether Im out an extra $159. Extra fee, return and insufficient fee
