    On May 15, 2024 Russell Landscape Group was servicing my property Unit 8 in the Townhomes at ****** when they were trimming away bushes away from the facade. On this day a Russell Landscape Group team member cut down an entire **** on the front lawn of my property. Members of the landscaping team rang my doorbell apologized, said she, the team member who cut down the ****, was a new team member [apparently she was not being supervised]. She not only cut down an entire evergreen ****, leaving a 5ft h x 5ft l x 3ft w deffect in my front ******, she also trampled my varigated clover, huechera and autumn ferns in the process. The team also aologized and admonished her for trampling the vegetation, which only partiacially recovered. I have been soley focused on replacing the evergreen **** [which has been a significant blow to the curb appeal and subsequent value of my property. It is an eyesore. I see it everytime i enter and exit my door. I take pride in my home and I plant and maintain my garden myself. I spend time with my children in my garden.] I have since been in communication with ****** ****** of Russell Landscape Group, to have the **** replaced. Initially, communication was robust but has trickled off and is fleeting in detail. I most recently spoke with a team member named **** on the phone on Nov 13, who said all that could be done was to place a **** from the nursery measuring 1x1x1 ft. **** said Russell Landscape Group did not have access to anything larger. Being a very large multi state landscaping company, this suggested solution is dissappointing and unacceptible. The reasons given are unprofessional.
