      After spending $4000 on 5 Green ***** Arborvitae privacy trees 2 months ago,(June 2023) two of the trees are dead and the other 3 are failing. The company that installed them won't stand behind them even after I hired two separate independent Arborists, both stating the trees were planted way too deep to survive - covering bottom branches, the burlap and metal rings were left fully on the root ***** (not even pulled back), no stakes, no backfill or soil, improper watering guidelines - literally just dropped in the holes and the list goes on. The Arborists letters state the trees didnt stand a chance the way they were put in. I just invested more money to try and save the three struggling. *************************** is the name of the installer/owner. After doing some research I learned he hides behind FOUR different company names: Georgia Tree Farm, ****************, ********* Landscaping and Georgia Landscaping Network. I am filing this BBB report against Georgia Landscaping Network as it is the only one of the four listed on BBB. (Not accredited I might add) The lack of customer service or accountability from ***** after the install is what is beyond appalling
