    Never received my order processed on February 28, 2024. Very upset about this because a woman named ****** said she would get right on it, but nothing ever happened. It is now May 8, 2024 and that is why I am filing a complaint. The company is Freedom Speaks Up. Just took the money, beware!

    There should be a ZERO STAR option for this company. And, I think that the company doesn't really even *exist,* except, to say, to attempt to take people's money. It is a shame that it made any kind of a splash in the news and gained any media traction at all. Fact pattern: ordered product on 10/1/23; on 10/17/23 sent an email requesting status, and received a reply stating that due to heavy demand (or some other such nonsense) that my order would not ship for 45 days past the order date. Got kinda busy with life, a little bit of time passes, and on 12/15/23 - low and behold - "Freedom" sends me an email stating that my order is on its way!! I actually smiled. Well, today, sitting here working on year end things, I decide to check on my order from "Freedom" because I sure have not received it, and guess what, folks? The "shipment" email had an embed to a tracking number, and that connected me to the carrier's website, but only the label has been created. Soooooooooooooo, in what, 16 days, "Freedom" has managed to create the label for my shipment that's "on its way." Getting my money back and trying to warn others - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH/ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Ordered hoodies and they showed up with terrible printing on them and now no one will refund or replace the product. This company is a scam and does not believe in what they are selling! Not at all patriotic!

    I ordered product on December 16 the product was damaged during delivery. I contacted company but email (thats the only way to contact them). And they said that I would be reimbursed. After numerous emails and Almost 3 months later still no refund.Do not order from this company. They will take your money.

    I ordered product on Dec 9, and never received it. No refund as of Jan 29, even after 10 emails. This is a scam company with patriotic-type products to trick you into thinking they have the same type values. Terrible business. Wish I could give it Zero stars.

    I ordered shoes on 11/13/22, and no order yet and its 01/26/23. *** sent emails over the months and only two responses, I tried calling, and the phone number doesnt work. I tried getting a return, and no response and no return. I dont throw around the word scam often, but I believe this company falls under that umbrella. Theres no product and very horrible service. Do Not Purchase ******************

    Ordered a Christmas present on 23 November. Now 19 January and no product. Received 2 emails over that time but like other reviews: it his hard to get an answer and still no idea when Ill see the product. I also wrote to ******* suggesting they not allow this place to use their logo as endorsement.

    Placed order in September, still have not recieved. No response past the confirmation of order and them taking my money. No shipping email, still says in processing and they have not responded to repeated requests for update. Very disappointed that a company with their stance would pull this BS.
