      Per the ***** website instructions, I contacted ***** support to cancel my subscription and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month. I did that on ********, 2022 but haven't gotten a confirmation or the refund from them. I have contacted them several time since the initial email but still no response. In the meantime I was charged the monthly subscription fee without my authorization on *****

      On April *** 2022 I signed up for a Sim card, mobile phone #, and 2 status transactions (when I only meant to sign up for 1 status transaction) under order #'s: ****** SIM card and Mobile Phone # (I was not provided a cost or receipt for this order number), ****** ($12.49), ****** ($49.99/month), ****** ($24.99/month), ****** ($24.99). I want them to refund my money, but doubt that will happen. The website for this service is very confusing. You cannot make your choices and enter them under one transaction number. You have to enter multiple transactions in multiple places, and you end up with more transactions than you wanted. The live chat does not respond to you (either by chat or by email). Neither does anyone respond to emails sent to their email address. There is no one to talk to you, so you can obtain a refund. And you cannot delete your credit card information from their system. So I had to cancel my credit card instead. There is no contact phone or address information on their main site for Volta Wireless. You have to search for an address in their Sinclair Telecommunications LLC information, Terms of Use, Arbitration. I believe this to be a fraudulent company and want to warn people about them.

Per my bank, they have not received a refund to my account from Sinclair Telecommunications or VoltaWireless. Instead I have been getting a lot of promises to refund, AND attempts to charge my bank account again and again for monthly reoccurring charges.
