**** *** ****, I purchase a used **** ***** ******* from Tenneson Nissan in Tifton, GA. The vehicle was priced considerably above the recommended purchase price. The full price/total cost of the vehicle was not disclosed until closing/signing paperwork. Furthermore, the salesman said vehicle had one previous owner. Later, I found out through ******, the vehicle had three previous owners. I was given several promises that have not been fulfilled by this dealership. On the date of purchase, my vehicle hadn't cleared inspection. I was told I could have the vehicle by the end of the day (**** **). After calling for the next three days to check on the status of the vehicle, I was told they were waiting for parts. I felt pressured to sign for a vehicle (with the sales person offering to deliver the paperwork to my house) and the vehicle wasn't prepared to drive off of the lot the same day of purchase. On **** **, the dealership agreed to pay for a wrecker to pick the vehicle up because the thermostat in the radiator was running hot (the engine light was displayed on the dash). A local auto parts business confirmed it was the radiator thermostat. No one, from the sales manager to the general manager, will return my phone calls nor keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. It's difficult to get someone on the line to speak with them on the phone. The employees that I've dealt with at this business appears to ignore my concerns about the price and service of the vehicle. This issue has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I can't get anyone to answer my calls to inform me about the status of my vehicle. The whole process, from sales to service, has been very disappointing as the employees at the dealership will not follow through on its promises nor honor promises they made during the sales process. The desired result I would like is for the dealership to purchase this vehicle back/refund the total cost of the vehicle. Next, I would like for them to change their slogan.Initial Complaint

I went to Tenneson Nissan in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. They literally ran my and my grandmother over ten (10) times causing my and her credit score to drop significantly. Although it has been over a month that I shopped with them, I am still getting hundreds of denial letters (some duplicated) stating Tenneson Nissan requested a car loan on my behalf. This is totally absurd and very unnecessary to say the least.Initial Complaint

The transaction was on *****2023. We were led to believe that we had some sort of special financing, that would save us money. However, the finance person (T. W*******) did not go over all the details with us. Instead he handed us a jump drive. We did not realize at that time, that we had already signed for a final contract, because we were told to come back in about 4 months for the special financing. Nico M***** told us we would have about 4 months of higher payment, and then our payment would drop down. We had discussed with him that we wanted our payment around $675. He led us to believe this. Our payment is $943 for 84 months on a 2021 ****. We traded in a 2016 ****, which was paid off. We really got misled. The $943 payment was only supposed to be for 4 to 6 months. We believed what he told us. We later looked at the jump drive, and realized that we had signed a real contract. It was like they ran a scam on us (me, and my husband *** *****). I feel like he has done this before. He kept telling us how good our credit was. We would like to take the 2021 **** back, and get $14,000 for our 2016 **** that we traded in.Initial Complaint

On Friday *** *** 2022, I purchased a vehicle from Tenneson Nissan. As I lived over******** away the transaction was completed, and the vehicle was driven to my location for delivery. After repeated declining of the GAP insurance, when the vehicle was delivered, I was charged $709.00 for GAP insurance that I did not want. I was advised if I did not want the GAP insurance, I had to drive the vehicle back to the location at 9 PM on a Friday night. I was advised I could just cancel the GAP insurance and would receive a refund of the full amount. I started the process to cancel the GAP insurance that same night of delivery. I have an email confirmation from Haley ****** confirming that I would receive the refund at 100%. I have made repeated attempts to actually get the refund. I have made calls and sent emails regarding this. I have asked on multiple occasions to have the general manager to contact me so I could discuss this with him. I have yet received the full refund or a phone call or email in response to my repeated attempts at contact. I have a paper trail proving I have asked for a refund since Day 1. I would like a full refund of the GAP insurance which equates to $709.00 that I was charged.Business Response

I purchased a 2019 ****** ***** in 2019 from Tenneson Nissan. I had a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty . Within the time the warranty was good the floor board became soaking wet mold covered the entire interior of the car. I had to have the car towed to Tenneson for evaluation and repair. Their reply was the a loose piece of rubber around the right side of the windshield was loose and causing the problem. They repaired the piece of rubber and charged me $99.99 dollars to remove the mold and detail the car. Also a salesman called me and wanted to buy my car and replace it with another used car, I wasn't interested. Then couple months later the floor board was soaked again. I took the car back to Tenneson and their reply was nothing found wrong with my car and they wanted to do alot of maintanance but none that would fix the leak. The problem continued so I decided to take the car to another Nissan dealership. This dealership informed me that my warranty was expired and it would cost $130 for a diagnosis fee. I do not think I should have to pay for repairs that were not fixed to begin with. I then called the Nissan Cooperation and was told the same that the $130 fee and repairs would be at my expense. I feel the problem was never fixed before the warranty had expired and I should not have to pay for this. I would greatly appreciated your assistance with this problem. Thank you...******* *******
