      Never received picture packages that were ordered. Money down the drain. Read their ****** reviews and you will see that I am not alone. Their replies to poor reviews are snarky and dismissive.

      ******** Elementary School in *******, **. I don't know my order ID number. This was like a year ago. I got beautiful proofs for this year yesterday, but won't be purchasing them due to the fact that they will more than likely never arrive. I informed my child's teacher about this problem and she said that she agrees with me with regard to BPI's reputation, as she herself has had struggles obtaining her purchased photos of her son as well. My daughter's name is ****** and she was in *. *****' class last year if that is of any help.

      Thank you for that information. I did not realize that your review was based on an experience from a year ago. I apologize for the inconvenience and I'm sorry to hear that you will not be ordering from us this year. I am so glad that you like the pictures this year and just would like for you to know that you do not have to order online. We also pick up proofs from ******** for all of the students who turn on in and the packages go back to the school to be distributed and not through the postage system. We provide multiple ways of ordering to better supply our customers. Thank you for providing your school and daughter's name. I will be getting with our customer service team to see if I can find out what happened and who was contacted about your missing package from last year to review and educate. I do hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas.
