      No money has or will be paid to them. A pop up box came up on my laptop screen saying Windows Defender saw threats/ violations on laptop and sent a repetitive voice saying not to shut down or restart it but call their number. I called, a tech named ******************* answered saying he had to clean files but demanded payment by check for $250. This sounds unethical to hold my laptop hostage till I pay them. It sounds like a scam to me and they've done this to other people reading the reviews. I want them to leave me alone forever and never contact me again. If I want a virus cleanup I want to be free to contact who I want and not be pushed into it. Their billing address is in ******, **. I don't ever want to hear from them again and refuse to pay them anything.

We also note your feedback on availability of information regarding our products and services as well as the service levels.we never contact the customer he called us when he was needed a help.

      In order for us to escalate your feedback and complaint to Our Company We Have cancelled all the services and customer don't have to pay anything and he she will be not be receving any more calls from our side.
      Once again, please accept our sincere apologies.

      I was on my Computer when I got many pop *** saying they were from ********* It had a phone number to call for support I called and got a guy named *** he said he could fix then he showed me things that he said was from being hacked he said he would have a tech repair but first I must send a check for ****** dollers I told him I was disabled and retired and he cut the price to ****** he asked for check number and said I must sent check to the address Then someone got on computer and did whatever to open it back to what I think is normal I am not sending check I think it is a scam
