    This company unbeknownst to us kept a card from years ago on file. We made a purchase and return the same day and they took it upon themselves to refund the money to a card we had no idea they had access to even when we were there in person and handed the. The same card that the purchase was made with. After sending the money to a closed account which we have zero way to access they have done nothing at all to correct THEIR error, I have gave authorization to keep any of our banking or card information on file, none of this should have ever happened. If you are smart go to Norcross roofing or elite roofing, both are within 30 minutes of this store and both have better pricing on their items. This company has done both to correct their errors and should not be allowed to retain any type of payment information especially without written consent which they absolutely never received from me.
