    On the **** I arrived at South Trails Resort. I have reservation she asked me was I a local residence. I told her I was local residence but I have been traveling all over in my RV. But I do have a physical address in *** She told me that wouldnt be no problem so I arrived. Upon signing all the paperwork and paying my first deposit of $440.00. She asked me for my ID. And it had a local address. She got very rude and told me I had one month to stay there and I had to get out. I told her no thank you can just give me my money back on my card and I will leave now. She explained to me that she did not know how to give me my money back. I had ask her for my my money back again. Ask for a Manager who will be able to gave me my money back. And she said she did not no how to put the money back on my card. I"m still disputing it towards the bank and the south Trail. I would like for the BBB To step in to see what is the issue with South trail. I think they are discriminating against me. And keep my money. I was treated very rudely and disrespected. Here it now Thursday and I still have not received my money back. of $440.00. When I left immediately I should have gotten a refund Immediately. I did not say on there property I left immediately and when to another campground by the Name of ********* RV park. And I can also provide my proper receipts for this case.

I spoke with **** ****** today and she said that your bank had refunded your money. I was very happy to hear that, we are not habit of keeping anyone's money. Thank you, Southern Trails
