Beware their *************** department uses unfair & unethical practices. They practice false advertisements verbally, visually, & written. Try another dealership! I would never upgrade my car from them because this is most likely a practice throughout the dealership. I scheduled two oil changes & filter for two cars & put in my notes exactly what I wanted and informed agent of the special & its pricing (estimate $60). She told me she would give me a better special for my murano and that I should opt in for cabin filter (due to hitting ***** ****** I said yes. I was expected 60 +75 (for cabin)& it being no more then 140 with tax......! I got a estimate sent to phone with some other stuff that I denied & price was not the same but signed due to thinking the coupon was not added. Why my invoice came to 177? Why was tire ************** engine filter added? I literally came in for oil change and opt in for cabin filter!! Why all that unnecessary stuff? That I NEVER agreed too? & when I asked her about it she stated what they sent to my phone and what's put in the system is not exactly the same. That her computer adds more ******************** So basically hidden ************** That's illegal and I know it. Her recommendation and special was NOT better than mine....so why advise me something more costly & not needed: deceitful practice!! They did the same for the second car: said there was 9.99 special & added cabin filter for a total of $ 51 with tax that I signed off , but charged me $62, because there was other fees associated that was hidden . You can't provide people with partial information and exclude relevant charges. And for her to say - what they send me is not the total invoice is further proof of deceitful manipulation
