    I purchased a vehicle from this company on Sept 7th 2023, as is no warranty was listed on the purchase contract (no problem) Sept 8th the AC went out and power was glitching, on/off randomly , informed the dealership and said they would return my call, no call returned On Sept 11th the car completely stopped functioning, no power no anything.. put in the shop and $1,200 later it was functioning after a complete re-wire due to someone “rigging up” wiring harness to get power. Paid out of pocket no complaints It is now Oct 30th I still have not received my tag, after inform the dealership they referred me to the tax&tag commission office for a new temporary tag stating “they could only give me 1” After going to the tax and tag office the specialist informed me my paperwork and information has not been turned in the even start the process to receive a tag for my newly purchased vehicle! After informing the dealership of this information they stated”confusion” and “unsure what’s going on and would give me a call back” This is poor business practices that have Hender me . I am unable to drive my new vehicle which is currently my only means of transportation and when trying to get information from the dealership I am given a cold shoulder with little to no information to try to get this situation handled myself

    I am rejecting this response because:I have not been contacted by anyone informing me of any information regarding my registration process or current status of my tag application
