Was sold a truck back in October this year my temp tags is days from going out and was told today they don't even have a signed title for my truck and they are trying to contact someone about it but never bothered to contact me and let me know anything

There was a minor clerical error during the title registration process for this customer. While mistakes can occur occasionally, this issue has already been resolved. The customer's title registration experienced a slight delay in processing through the state, which, although not unusual, might happen on occasion. The necessary paperwork has been rectified and submitted for state review. Currently, we're awaiting approval. Meanwhile, customers can visit their local county tag office to obtain an additional 45-day temporary tag extension while the approval is pending.

The service contract had a limit on time/miles to submit a claim. This was exceeded. At that point customer had option to purchase another warranty on his own through anyone he chose and did not do so. Therefore, the repairs would be normal wear and would be his responsibilty as normal maintenance. We are sorry he is disappointed with the limitations

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]  So I  see the dealership thinks people who purchase vehicles have the money and time to play games as I stated the warranty I had did not cover seals and gasket after 1000 miles which my vehicle has 188000 miles I talked to the dealership about this issue earlier and the financial company who i am paying I have paperwork to provide it was not late and when you sell a vehicle how long it takes for a front pad to get to metal i know 3 weeks is a little too soon I ask again take truck back removed off my credit and I will go to a dealership that doesn't lie to there customers if not I will see you in court doesn't make me no difference ask yourself if a used dealership sells you a  truck and few weeks breaks goes out and then you discover a oil leak that the truck can't hold oil what would you do now tell me how I supposed drive my truck

On April 15th i went to Moss Curtain motors in Vidalia, GA and purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima. Within 2 days after purchasing the car, while driving the car would not go faster than 40 mph. I took the car to get checked out and was told it was a transmission problem. I then contacted Moss curtain and i was told the first time it was nothing they could do. I was told i could not get my Money back nor could the car be traded in for a different one . I then contacted the main dealership in savannah office and they redirected me back to the vidalia location and i was told to bring the car in for it to be looked at . The mechanic on site admitted that the cars are not inspected and examined before being sold which i have on recording. He stated its the buyers job to makef sure the car is fit. I was told it was a speed sensor on the tires causing the speed to decrease which was false.. I was knowingly sold a car with a bad transmission and i was told basically its nothing they can do .

    To whom it may Concern,

In response to the above referenced complaint, all vehicles are sold "As Is" at Moss Curtain Motors. All customers sign multiple disclosures stating this. All customers are encouraged to Test Drive the vehicle and take it to the Mechanic of their choice BEFORE purchasing it. Automobiles are mechanical in nature. Thus, we (and no other Car Dealer) has a crystal ball to know what is going to happen 1 minute, 1 day, 1 month or 1 year into the future. Despite what was falsely stated by the customer, we not only pay for Post Sale Inspections when we purchase a car at Auction, but we also have our Mechanic inspect the car prior to selling it. Lastly, we try to drive all of our cars prior to selling them hoping they will break down on us and not our customers. All customers also have the right to purchase a third party Service Contract. Unfortunately, these service contracts can be costly and this customer opted not to purchase one. As bad as we feel when a car breaks down, we realize that all mechanical objects eventually break and it is each of our responsibilities to have enough excess savings to cover the expense associated with these repairs or we should rely on other means of transportation instead of being an Automobile Owner.
